I am an educated professional. I small business owner with a staff running a market research company that analyzes real estate markets for community organizations, state, and local governmentI occasionally get invited to speak at national conferences on the economy and housing. In addition, I occasionally teach part time at a local university in economics and finance, but I really looking for someone down to earth who likes the outdoors, hiking, biking,or just long walks.

I am divorce for 6 years having my starter marriage that lasted a year so I know I am looking for the permanent one and a life time partner. I also know far more of what I can do make it last.

My real passion is sailing and as a way to share my passion I started a community non-profit group to teach kids to build sailboats that they can learn to sail. I started the program because I wanted share the experience I had with my Dad of building a sailboat together. I am seeking a woman with the same desires and passions as myself, someone who enjoys giving back to the community, to the youth, our tomorrow's future. The program is in its 6th year. The program includes all segments of the community and we have special financial scholarship for families who could not afford the boat.

Yeah, I was a Boy Scout did all the stuff like camping in the rain and watching the rain come in from the tent roof and saved a life somewhere along the way.

Planning and positive motivation, encouraging others to do well. I like new ideas and the challenges of implementing them. I guess that is why I love running business and I started a non-profit organization. I like to communicate and share my ideas and I feel I am a good listener. I also have a romantic streak.
