My Self-Summary
Well, I'm Joe. I'm as straight-forward as the name itself. I've got
3 sisters, no brothers. Mom and Pop have been married 42 years and
I seem to be the true mixture of both of them.
What I’m doing with my life
I'm new to the city of Louisville. I'm studying jazz or something
like that starting fall of '08. This is degree #2 and I have no
idea what I'm getting myself into. Plus I'm getting into music
production these days.
I’m really good at
I like to think I'm pretty good with the cooking. I like experiment
with different recipes and try them out on my friends.
The first things people usually notice about me
I have dreadlocks... but I don't have rasta-style dreads. I wash my
locks regularly so you don't have to worry about crap falling into
your food.
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
I'm definitely into comedies. I just recently saw Kung Fu Panda.
Great movie. I'm a big music fan, but I lean towards the less
mainstream... jazz, gospel, classical.
The six things I could never do without
Even though it's tough sometimes...I gotta have my fam. 2 and 3,
Music and Food. 4 is my glasses, 5 is my tower fan (to keep the
room nice and cool) and finally...my sleep mastk.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Much of my time goes into making my music better. All around us is
music and I wanna be amongst the best in the biz.
On a typical Friday night I am
On a typical friday night....I really don't know what I'm doing. I
could be out at a dive bar, or at a church service, or even just
home watching whatever the friday night movie is.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit here
Um.... I sleep with a sleep mask like Carrie Bradshaw on Sex and
the City (and that I actually know her name and that she sleeps
with a mask is definitely revealing more about myself than I would
want to admit here).
