So I'm kind of new to this entire thing (as was probably made abundantly clear by the fact that I have a Nietzche quote in my profile), so be gentle! I just got out of a long-term relationship (3+ years), so I'm having a bit of a hard time getting back into the swing of things. Mainly just looking for cool guys to talk to and maybe grab a coffee or food with, and maybe more if things develop that way. Let's see where things go!
Creepers take note: although I realize that some of you may like racialized guys, there is also absolutely no need for you to sexualize me to the point of making me a fetish object. Messages like "Mmm, black d**k" are definitely not effective ways to greet anybody (no matter what their race/ethnicity is), and they are hurtful in the sense that the people on the receiving end of these kinds of messages end up feeling solely like sexual objects. I am much more than my race and much more than my ethnicity. I am an intelligent individual with strong convictions. I am unabashedly outgoing, yet sometimes extremely shy. Defining myself would take up a lot more room than this, and this isn't meant to be a novel, but you get the gist. I am a combination of many different elements; a mystery wrapped up in an enigma just waiting to be discovered. Has my race/ethnicity played a large part in defining who I am? Of course it has. It is not, however my defining trait, and I absolutely refuse to be objectified as a result of it.
