My self-summary
I'm smart, funny and kind. I'm hardworking and intellectual, driven and engaging. I do a fair bit of yoga. I'm more interested in who I am with than where or what I am doing, though I love live music, delicious food, good coffee, intriguing beers, consuming stories, and breathtaking scenery. I'm cute but that's not the best of me, and I don't think I'll always be cute. I think if you can give yourself to someone, then you should. I like sex and travel, but not in the unbecoming way. Time in the woods or on a mountain can be just as spiritual as a lifetime in the church. Living outside of this country taught me more about being an American than living here has, without being pejorative. The sea is good for balance and I like the crusty feeling of the salt dried on my skin. A day without friends or a meaningful conversation is gloomy. One should fall in love at least once per day, even if it's with the same person. It's likely that in a previous life I was a Mexican grandmother. I have a strange and beautiful fascination with helicopters. I sleep without pants, and often without a shirt. I like cooking delicious food but have been accused of being a "stunt chef." Ice cream is my muse and Scotch fills me with longing. I was in love once and it was glorious. I'd like to be a better gardener and I sometimes cry myself to sleep at night that I haven't read more books, like "War and Peace". I must see more of the world. It would be an amazing thing to see the earth from Outer Space. Love is something I believe in.
