My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Hello to you and thank you for looking at my profile.

My life is wonderful and fabulous, I just need someone special in my life. Someone that is special to me and only to me.

Please give me a little bit of you your time. If you find anything you can connect to send me a message.

I am looking for my River Song (points if you know where that name comes from). I am a humble and grateful man. I am a kind and compassionate person to others. I love all animals, including spiders (I will take them out side or just leave them alone. I used to kill them but it's bad karma.).

I am looking to have an open and honest communication with a woman, to create an intimacy and with the right person a sexual intimacy. I can express my feelings/emotions in the moment. Also, express my wants and desires as well.

I am very romantic and have been at a young age. I am open minded to life and people. I love to try anything once or more times if I love it! I am very modest but I have a high self-esteem and no I am not full of myself. My honesty is tied into my integrity which is tied into my self-esteem (a good friend told me this one day and I have taken it for my own).

I have not traveled much but I am looking for someone to do that with, among other things such as hiking and camping. I would like to try camping and see what it is all about. The smells and the fresh air!

I have a deep knowledge of computers since my parents bought me the original IBM PC back in August, 1983 for college. I am a ham radio operator and amateur astronomer as well.

I am on a journey to be a well rounded person - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

I do have flaws and I am not perfect. It's more fun to explore each other and our flaws together don't you think?

Both of my parents were born in Italy. My father came to the US in 1953, worked two jobs, bought a house and went back to Italy to marry my mom in 1957 and both came back that same year. I am 1st generation Italian. I have no brothers or sisters. My mom lost two babies and one after I was born.

I have experienced loss over the past 2.5 years but I am dealing with it. I lost my father on 12-30-12. I lost Misty (my baby girl and first cat/pet) on 3-10-14. due to cancer.

I have experienced much happiness and joy over the past few years of my life. I have grown also over the past 8 years more then I have ever done. I am very grateful for where I am in life and the people in my life.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
For work I am an Instructional Designer and I am two courses away from getting my Masters in that field. I have a degree in Electrical Engineering as well. It's kind of interesting how I got into this field (Instructional Technology) and I will tell you if you want to know.

Continuing down this path that I started eight years ago in improving my life and growing as a result of it.

Taking care of my cats (I am a dog person too but don't have one currently). I have five cats....they are like dogs since when I come home they all come to the kitchen. I give them love and they give it in return.

Starting to read books again which is great. I grew up reading many Sci- Fi books and Agatha Christie, when I was really young.

I re-started getting reiki done to me. In my mind it's a nice tune up for my body/mind/spirit. I feel extremely peaceful and very calm afterwards. You should try it sometime if you have never experienced it.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I am a good listener and can provide feedback, if asked. I am emphatic as well. I have strong powers of observation (kind of like Sherlock Holmes). I have a strong attraction to the detail of things (objects/people) but I am loose.
The first things people usually notice about me

I have been told it's my deep Italian brown eyes. The other thing believe it or not, is my voice. I want to be that guy that reads book on tape/CDs or have my own radio show.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Books by Larry Niven, Isaac Asimov, Arthur C. Clarke, Dan Brown books and love them! I like to read S. King books esp. the Dark Tower series.

I was reading the Hunger Games but I saw the movie about Alan Touring (loved it!) and I have started to read about his life and about some of the mathematical papers that he wrote about.

So I love, love Sci-Fi, including Dr. Who (Tom Baker was my first) , Star Trek, BSG, B5, SGU, Firefly, Archer (Just the Tip?), Dexter, The Office, Top Gear (How Hard Can It Be?), Fargo (TV version), Mr. Robot (I love it!)

I like most music from the 60s through the 2000s. I do listen to the Spa channel (Sirius) at work, it helps me relax. But I like to listen to acoustic music as well on Sirius (Coffee House).

I am open to trying different foods and I have tried different dishes. I love Italian but it's in the gravy (or sauce as most people call it) it makes it or breaks it.

Music is mostly rock. I used to have many cassettes but they were thrown out by mistake. I do have a large CD collection. I do have a special place for NIN (their later stuff).
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
The clear night time sky filled with stars...
A friend, a lover, a partner in crime (that's you)
My cats
The Internet but I can leave that alone at times.
Sunny days
First snow fall
A few books
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
The Answer to Life, The Universe and Everything Else...Answer: 42 and that Bow-ties are cool!
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I want to start a advanced spaceship propulsion company to send human beings to the stars and explore the universe (just kidding but there is a strong part of me that wants to do this) and my B-Day is on Christmas.
