I am looking for my River Song (points if you know where that name comes from). I am a humble and grateful man. I am a kind and compassionate to others. I love all animals, including spiders (I will take them out side or just leave them alone. I used to kill them but it's bad karma.).
I am looking to have an open and honest communication with a woman, to create an intimacy and with the right person sexual intimacy.
I am very romantic and have been at a young age. I am open minded and love to try anything once or more times if I love it! I am very modest but I have a high self-esteem and no I am not full of myself. My honesty is tied into my integrity which is tied into my self-esteem (a good friend told me this one day and I have taken it for my own).
I have not traveled much but I am looking for someone to do that with, among other things such as hiking and camping. I would like to try camping and see what it is all about. I am an ham radio operator and amateur astronomer. I am on a journey to be a well rounded person - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
I do have flaws and I am not perfect. It's more fun to explore each other and our flaws together don't you think?
Both of my parents were born in Italy, so I am 1st generation.
I have experienced loss over the past year but I am dealing with it. I lost my father on 12-30-12. I lost Misty (my baby girl and first cat/pet) on 3-10-14.
I have experienced much happiness and joy over the past few years of my life. I have grown also over the past few years more then I have ever done. I am very grateful for where I am in life and the people in my life.
I normally don't put a song's words but I have been feeling it. It's Over The Hill by Mumford & Sons.
"And I took you by the hand
And we stood tall,
And remembered our own land,
What we lived for.
And there will come a time, you'll see, with no more tears.
And love will not break your heart, but dismiss your fears.
Get over your hill and see what you find there,
With grace in your heart and flowers in your hair."
