My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I grew up in a small town on the South Shore of Massachusetts. I studied English in college and just wrapped up my post-graduate education.

Family, friends and community are very important to me. I'm very easy-going and friendly. I enjoy discussing current events and movies, although I'm up for almost anything -- I'm a good listener and love hearing and discussing things I'm not familiar with.

I love to read and anything from American History to a good mystery can keep me entertained me for hours, but I also enjoy watching a good comedy or action movie. I like to stay active and go to the gym 3-4 days a week, although I've been closer to the 4-5 side more recently -- gotta put that crossfit membership to use!

I recently moved to Houston for work and am really enjoying it so far. After spending most of my life in the northeast, I'm loving the southern hospitality and easier pace of life.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Working as a tax attorney.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Being a goofball, but I'm also really good at getting right to the point of things. I like to keep things light-hearted when I can, but I know what I want in life and I don't like to waste time in getting there!
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My even-tempered manner.

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
a good book
good conversation
the gym
my phone -- but only because I can't get places without the GPS!
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
why I like these Myron Bolitar mysteries so much. A 6'4 Jewish basketball phenom who moonlights as a detective?? It doesn't add up! I suppose we all have our guilty pleasures though!
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Shabbat dinner with friends. I'd like to add to the thinking about section that this Friday night section isn't very informative for observant Jews -- what else are we gonna do??
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I already admitted my Myron Bolitar guilty pleasure, and I think that's as far I'm going to go on the internet! I'm a private person, but I open up quickly. Get to know me and I'll tell you!
