I am very creative. Many of the things I do in life seem to be creative outlets for me.

I have embraced the randomness of the universe, as well as the idea that things happen for a reason. you never know what will happen or who you will meet, but there is often a reason that lies DEEP below the randomness.

I am honest, and would never lie to anyone I'm involved with.

I have a high level of personal integrity. I take full responsibility for all of my actions.

I am very open minded, and I think outside the box - this leads to annoying people that haven't examined their own beliefs.

I have diverse views, and some of them may even seem contradictory at times. I think that is part of being human.

I am Adventurous, Open Hearted, and looking for a real emotional connection

Looking for someone where there is some level of chemistry. If there is more then thats good, if there is less, we can talk about arrangements. What I'd really LOVE to find is someone I can fall for, where there is a huge emotional connection, and it's committed and still open.

Oh, preparing my house for the apocalyptical societal breakdown that will come with radical climate change that is probably coming (ok, this is a longer term thing, not a panic. Hey it's just good sense to have solar and wind power and catch rainwater right?)

There seem to be 5 things that I'm REALLY good at.

Lighting for Rock Bands (I have, in the past, worked for Ted Nugent)

Computer software (I do some consulting writing it, usually PHP/MySQL)

Remodeling (my house and some rentals I own)

Writing (I've had some work published, and I've had a couple plays produced)

Sex (Yes, I'm skilled in the erotic arts, and this is not just the SEX part but the snuggling intimate time that comes with it, and yes, I know that the inclusion of this word in my profile terrifies a number of you. Sorry.)

My eyes. They show my life force. They are twinkling, and... they spell mischief a mile away.

The Moon is a Harsh mistress - Robert A. Heinlein.

Oh, and I own a scandalous out of print Dr. Seuss book thats politically incorrect in which he drew "nekkid wimmens".

And of course "The Wizard Of Oz" a book that has sparked two social revolutions. (go ahead ask me about it when we meet, I'll share the data points with you.)

As far as music... I have, in the past, by spells, worked in the music industry, and I like ALL music with only a few exceptions... I dislike repetitive unskilled loops, I dislike overly twangy country, I dislike mexican polka, and I dislike hostile rap (too close to the beatnic poets of the 50 which wasn't anything but "look at me") Anything that has a groove though... count me in.

Food: I like food that doesn't hurt when you eat it. (in other words not so spicy that I need medical care. I like food that has FLAVOR. (Yes, it's true, I'm a hedonist.)

And due to the questions here, I've been reflecting how many of them don't have answers that reflect how I REALLY feel and so I'm forced to skip the question or answer it in a way that I feel is incomplete or worse yet misleading... and then, I have to wonder how other people interpret the answers, and what it means, and... you get the point.

And of course, every time I'm on this site, I think... why is it that someone wouldn't respond to a message that gets sent to them. When did it become OK to be THAT rude to not send a polite "thanks but I'm not interested" note? Or am I deluding myself into thinking that society isn't going downhill in this online world.

Oh, and I spend time thinking about "filtering". In answering questions, you reveal things about yourself, but the more you reveal, the more likely it is that someone will "find flaw", and decide not to meet because of one factoid, this is REGARDLESS of the potential to connect. I for one think that connection is possible despite differences, but that does not seem to be an accepted theory these days.

What would I >LIKE< to be doing on a typical Friday night? Spending time with someone I care deeply about, and the list of activities available is random and VERY large.
As well as the traditional seeing movies together and going to the theatre together and going out for dinner date ideas, I hear about crazy events, so here is a list of things that have happened in at one point or another in the last 5 years... Mad Max parties, zombie walks, death metal band shows, acoustically driven poly-pagan pop band shows, erotically themed performance art shows, random other live music shows, a sex party or two, random interesting lectures about something scientific, board game parties....
