Who am I, is that not the eternal question?

Well, I am pretty nerdy. I love board games.
And I pride from time to time in being a dork.
I look for amusement wherever I can find it.
I am strange, in a strange way and I cultivate my weirdness.

I currently live in the city on a hill, taking things pretty relaxed, getting out with friends whenever I can manage it and enjoying life as best I can.

I'm still looking for a passion in life, but my latest dream is to design games for tables.
Some of my fondest memories have been around a table with friends.

I like fiddling around with writing sometimes. Here's a thing I wrote.

Music!

Sing sweet, or sharp, play your song.
Summate for me feeling and thought.
Skills and verve to express gone long.
Speech that mine tongue hath forgot.

I like alliterations. : P

Up until recently, life went pearshaped, wibbly wobbly, turned into a bowl of petunias, and then several other things until stablizing.

I am currently studying in my free time to get back on the train of being a student. I'm not really sure what my final degree might be but I'm 95% confident it'll be in the field of statistics.

I like board games. A vast, wide majority of them.

I was a math tutor for going on almost 4 years.

I can make horrible puns like the best of them. I have a perverse enjoyment of torturing English as far as I can take it. It might come from the idea that language itself is sort of a farce.

On a good day I'm a pretty ok vocalist. I like singing along to music and in the shower.

And sometimes I like to make funny voices when it's called for.

The Bowler Hat. People see that first and usually from blocks away.

Side Note: I thought I wanted the hat when I was 12, and when I was 22 I finally decided on it and got one and never looked back.

I find it helps accentuate my ruggedly mansome features.

I daydream a lot. I imagine whole conversations, speeches, ideas, stories. I see pictures or signs and I reimagine what they signify or mean. I go on tangential thought experiments and sometimes write essays about it, because I can.

Sometimes, I'll think of a joke, suddenly as if someone told it to me. This will occasionally cause me to burst out laughing and friends will ask me why I was laughing. This can lead to weird looks from strangers, too.

I love it when that happens.

Hopefully sitting around a table with friends, sharing food and jokes.

Or perhaps, going out on a movie night an adventure around town.

I like to on occasion go admire some art and then after I am done with the admiration, give them the aforementioned amusing captions and admire them some more. But in a more humorous light.

If I'm not doing the above, I'm at home consuming media, such as a book, movie, or game. Or possibly trying to make something new in the kitchen.

I like to play board games, explore the town and converse for the sake of conversing. If you like two out of three, we'll be great friends. Three or more(!?) we'll be like thieves in the night, stealing the world for our own.
