What I'm doing with my life
At the moment I'm working at a fantastic company that provides
services to people with learning disabilities. I'm loving it here,
and I'd like to make it a career. I've also considered going into
teaching in the future, but I'm scared of the board of ed.
bureaucracy.

Remembering facts (mostly useless ones). Cooking. Describing
music. Doodling.
Finding a bargain. Impersonating accents. Befriending cats. Killing
zombies.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food
I like weird, quirky movies and directors like the Coens,
Burton, Lynch, Raimi. I'm also a horror movie junkie. 80s low-budget,
gore, zombies, vampires, slashers, thrillers, suspense.
I'm not a super avid reader, but I read about 8-10 books a year I guess. I like brooding novels and I love short stories. Some of my favorites are Raymond Carver, Bukowski, William S. Burroughs, Cormac Mccarthy, Hunter S. Thompson. I've been known to indulge in comics way too often.
I have an insanely huge music collection. I listen mostly to indie music, but generally not the softer or poppier bands. I like more punk and metal I guess. My all time favorites at this point are Tom Waits, Bob Dylan, Mars Volta, The Clash. But if it's original and good, I'll love it. Hell, even Beyonce can do it for me if I'm in the mood.

My ipod and my computer are the possessions I use the most. And I'd
probably like to have a guitar even though I haven't been playing
