My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Just some random stuff about me: ^^

*Personality type: INFJ

*I'm trying (key word: trying!) to live in the present moment as much as possible, instead of dwelling on the past or overthinking about the future like I used to do.

I think we must recognize the beauty in every moment and experience our current activities mindfully instead of breezing past most things as if they weren't there.

* I have a chill personality. I hate to force my opinions down people's throats, and vice versa.

*A lot of people misunderstand my tongue-in-cheek comments.. :'(

*I love having meaningful conversations with open minded people.

* Listening to and discovering new music with substance (aka not nb1 pop hits) is my drug.

*I play the guitar and piano. Music is a huge part of my life, and I literally lose track of time whenever I'm playing / experimenting / practicing.

* I love the "Everything in moderation" saying, even when it's said wayyyy too much :-p

*I love traveling.

* Reading... Mmmmmm <3

*I love football and I'm an avid Man Utd fan. I follow the team religiously and wouldn't miss a game for ANYTHING IN THE WHOLE WIDE WORLD!

*I love challenges, it's what makes us grow!

*I admire the people who have lived (and still do) through painful/hard experiences yet always seem to have a smile on their faces. :)

* For a multitude of reasons, I think everyone should start meditating. It's an incredibly undervalued activity that is pretty much life-changing.

*I don't get angry too often, but I try to avoid:
- People who look down on others for belonging to a different race, culture, religion, job, political preference, sexuality, 'social status'... like really??
- People who are cruel to animals..
- Arrogant, close-minded, judgmental people.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Majored in Business Management, currently working in a Country Club managing the website, social media etc. In addition I'm also working on forming a band and playing tunes for charities / other events.

Fortunately, it didn't take me very long to realize that there is little correlation between money and happiness, so I love the fact that I have enough time in my daily schedule to do other things that are just as important. I don't see my jobs as the be all end all, just see them as important activities among many other important activities that help to improve mine and other people's lives.

I think it's especially silly to work in something we dislike/that is harmful to us just to get more money, it's like we have this certainty that 'as long as I get enough money I'll be happy' but that's just an illusion and an empty goal, in my eyes at least.

Also what's with time flying by so fast? :(

As Pink Floyd put it:

"You are young and life is long
and there is time to kill today,
And then one day you find
ten years have got behind you,
No one told you when to run,
you missed the starting gun"
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Making people think I'm really good at something
Being intuitive
Comparing burgers
Being punctual
Seeing the silver lining in every cloud
Playing music
Being sarcastic
Playing football
Being objective
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!

How our feelings and thoughts have a tremendous impact on our lives and the lives of the people around us, we have the power to change the world yet a lot of us don't give it any importance and think we are powerless pawns.

There is no doubt that all these wars, famine, natural resource exploitation, cutting down of forests, etc. are a product of human greed and selfishness, both traits that a truly conscious person wouldn't have, or would have in drastically lower amounts. If every person in the world was 'aware' then there is no doubt that the world would not only be a 'better' place, it would be a perfect place.

Sadly, we waste our huge potential by following ultimately meaningless goals, distractions that revolve around this man-created paper we call money to buy more materialistic possessions, eat bigger meals, get drunk more, buy a bigger TV, watch more reality shows....
On a typical Friday night I am

Depends mostly..

-Have dinner out

-Playing music

In general I don't enjoy going out partying 'till 5am anymore, and I'm cherishing my alone time a lot more :)
