Evelyn Waugh Novels, J. Franzen, cookbooks, gardening books (both serious), The Good Earth, and Decline and Fall are probably my favorite novels.

Love movies (all kinds)
But personal favorites are, Gosford Park (Its a movie movie and I am such an anglophile, plus Maggie Smith... wonderful), The Last Emperor, Chinatown, First two Godfathers, Casablanca (Every time Paul Henreid leads the band in La Marseillaise I cry), La Strada, Annie Hall, and Dumb and Dumber (No matter how many times I see it I can't stop laughing)

Madmen is an addiction, Used to LOVE that show Rome, and Hoarders is my guilty pleasure reality show... have to admit, I have been watching a bit of "Murder She Wrote" on netflix... Cabot Cove is a bloodbath... it's like the Killing Fields up there... I mean, how many murders can this one woman have been tangent to over the years? Also, Wait, Wait, Don't Tell Me, Says You!, and This American Life.

love music (all kinds)
The New Pornographers, Postal Service, Does it Offend You Yeah, Chet Baker, Memphis Minnie, any of the stuff that Alan Lomax recorded (if you don't know it, find it, it will change your life) Susan Graham... this list could go on forever.

love food (also all kinds)
love cooking, love food, trying to go locavore, even though it is good for everyone it still feels like a bit of an affectation.
