Seriously, what can I write in a blurb that is adaquate to be my 'self-summery'? I'm pleased if I can choose what color socks to wear to work.
I enjoy movies, and music on the basis that I like them, not that they are en vogue. It keeps variety alive in my life. I am an animal lover, and just purchased a Mini Dachshund puppy. She is a huge change in my once spontaneous lifestyle. I love her dearly and have found a hobby and friend there with one bright pink tongue.
What I am really looking for is something interesting. I don't drink with strangers and feel best when laughing. Maybe I'm a touch old fashioned but it still impresses me when someone holds a door for me. Nothing spells 'value, respect, interest' better than a set of manners and a person who can translate curtesy into actions.
So yeah I think that's a good ramble, good luck. By the way, I am dating a long time friend. So I'm not looking for more than an interesting conversation.
I'm devising strategies to live like life is happening in the here and now. Planning seems to work only part of the time, faith, and taking oportunity as it comes takes effort and patience, but is a conscience effort I'm working on.
M*A*S*H*, Top Gun, Lilo & Stitch, You've Got Mail, Kate & Leopold, The 10 Things I Hate About You, The Man From Snowy River, Second Hand Lions, When Harry Met Sally, Harry Potter, Chronicals of Riddic... oh so many more, though I tend to own chick flicks I love a good SciFi or Action Movie
Old music (Bing/Ella/Dean/Frankie), to The News Boys, to Puddle of Mudd, to Randy Travis, to bowling alley karaoke.
I grew up in the mid-west. I eat like I grew up in the mid-west. Can't stand the taste of beer though.

No honestly, I think about myself alot, in that I think about my people, my places, my pets, my finaces, my desires, my hopes, etc.
No really... something private... hmmm... I think the best place to hide something you don't want people to see is right out in the open. Innocence is great camouflage.
