My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Well, I've decided it's time to update this thing. I am (still) a teacher living near Boston looking for someone funny and kind. I love my job, but it tends to take over so bonus points to someone with the confidence to drag me out from time to time. I love to eat, drink, hike, relax, watch movies, and just hang out around the city. In the summer, I try to get up to the mountains for some hiking and a change of scenery. I think I can have fun doing almost anything, pretty adaptable and easygoing. Oh, and I've started rock climbing so a climbing partner would be nice (as long as you won't drop me.)
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Working, but trying to play more. As a teacher, you can't leave your work at work. Expect to hear some anecdotes about my students. They are hilarious.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Baking. Entertaining. Making margaritas. Making the best of a situation (online dating has honed this skill:)

Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
What to make for dinner, climate change, what we'll do without Jon Stewart on the Daily Show, did I turn off the coffee maker?
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Getting drinks with friends, we party hard, but only until about 9PM. I'm much more lively on Saturdays!
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I play the oboe and I'm secretly addicted to North Woods Law.

Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You have a sense of humor and don't take yourself too seriously.

You'd like to meet for a beer or something before weeks of writing back and forth. Seriously.

You really are single- no one's got time for that nonsense.
