Okay I guess it's finally time to re-write this thing after two years.

I should first point out a big thing: I'm currently in a relationship with a lovely woman I met right here on OkC those two years ago. We really love each other but are in an open relationship, always have been. I point this out first because it is a rather obvious deal-breaker for many and I'm not here to screw around with anyone's feelings.

With that out of the way let's move on to, well, me.

Where to start? Well my name is Brandon. That was easy; what now?

How about I start out with my physical appearance. That's also easy and objective enough (sort of). I am rather skinny and somewhat tall. I'll put some figures to that; I am 6'0" and weigh in at around 120 pounds naked. That can go up to 125 after a couple big meals with no...ahem...release. That's not to say I look like a skeleton, far from it. I like to think that I have a nice abdomen for a guy my weight. I may even put a picture up to give an idea...maybe, don't really want to be one of those guys trying to show off in the mirror.

I have rather long hair now, the pictures on my profile now show this! It is now around shoulder length and it's really, really thick. People tend to compliment it; haha of course others ask me when I'm going to cut it.

I'll put up some new pics soonish. Ones that more accurately reflect the Brandon of today.

I am quite intelligent. I love a good conversation or debate. I would love to find someone that is the same in this regard.

I've been told I'm rather funny and I'd agree with that. That's funny in the witty, clever kind of way. Sometimes even in a snarky-asshole kind of way. I am not "funny" in that "lol that's so random" class clown way.

I'm very sweet and kind to people I care about.

I enjoy playing video games (look at me, go figure) and watching classic movies. I love politics. I'm very liberal in that regard and would like you to at least not be conservative; could cause some ugly arguments and no one likes that.

Oh, I also have a pet jenday conure (parrot) named Mango, a pet cat named Kitty, and 13 pet rats with various unoriginal but highly descriptive names such as: Blue, Tiny, Fuzzy, Dumbo, Whitey, Squeaky etc.

And before you go, "Ew, rats!" I should point out that they are awesome. They are really smart and extremely friendly. You reach in their cage and they come over to lick your hand and get picked up. Only downfall is that they do "go" a lot out of both holes making for frequent cleaning.

I currently work at the GameStop here in Eldersburg. For those of you not "in-the-know" about our little town here the reason I say Eldersburg and the reason I'm listed as "Sykesville" is that they both share the zip code, 21784, and are right next to each other. Now you know and knowing is half the battle!

I went to the local community college for several semesters, ran out of courses relevant to me (programming) and kind of stopped going. But I intend to transfer to a 4 year school in the spring, I need to see it through.

Like I said above, I'm dating a woman that I love very much. She lives about 90 minutes away though so I see her every weekend (well every 3 out of 4 at the moment). So it would be lovely to find someone to spend the weekdays with and those 4th weekends.

One thing I kind of want to add but feel almost stupid writing is sex. I'm hesitant because, well, what guy wouldn't lie on here and say that? But on the other hand my girlfriend insists that I'm "11 out of 10" (her words). So I'm going to leave that here because I'm proud of it even though half of you will probably think I'm full of it (with good reason, mind you).

Well I suppose that is a tie between my weight and my hair.

Some people immediately comment on how thin I am. Asking if I ever eat or, alternatively, saying they wish they could eat like me and weigh what I do. I've even had strangers in my store accuse me of having an eating disorder. Apparently I could only be this thin if I was anorexic/bulimic or so the rude strangers tell me.

The other (now) obvious thing is my hair. Not only is it almost a foot long but it is extremely thick. And after a wash it sits out rather wide. My boss saw me walking in one day and complimented me on my "pretty girl hair."

Books: Who am I kidding, I don't get around to reading much and I'm not about to list something from 11th grade lit class.

Movies: The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly, Pulp Fiction, Transformers: The Movie (1986), Evil Dead Trilogy, Alien, Aliens, Terminator, T2, Casablanca, The Gold Rush, Unforgiven, Labyrinth, Hackers, Pee Wee's Big Adventure, The Rocky Horror Picture Show, Chicago

Music: Queen, David Bowie, Elton John, Prince, 80's pop, Ennio Morricone, Michael Jackson (before he got married and started sucking)

Food: Pizza, hot dogs, hamburgers, hibachi steak houses, Hamburger Helper, various fast foods, everything plain

How about two more categories for the hell of it?

TV: House, The Daily Show, The Colbert Report, Countdown with Keith Olbermann, The Rachel Maddow Show, Forensic Files, Monk, Psych, The Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack, and my all-time favorite: The Upright Citizen's Brigade

Games: Half-Life series (and everything in Orange Box), BioShock, X-Com: UFO Defense, Metal Gear Solid series, LittleBigPlanet, Gears of War series, Final Fantasy series (some anyway)

I'm not going to do the "funny" thing and list the obvious necessities because that doesn't really say much about me. Well other than, "Yep, he's a human too alright."

Politics. At least I do when I find myself sitting in front of this computer looking at sites like ThinkProgress and MediaMatters.

How I'm going to budget out my paycheck week to week.

Sex. Just being honest again. I'm a guy that really likes it.

Mostly though just the end of the work week. It is a long boring trudge to reach that point but it is the light at the end of the tunnel every week.

Well as I said above I will usually be with Anna, my girlfriend. Though that has recently changed to 3/4 of Fridays (and, by extension, weekends).

On those off weeks usually just sitting at home, maybe hanging out with a friend. At home I'm usually playing a game or surfing these tubes.

This is the reason I'm here. I'd love to find a girl to spend that extra free-time with. Go to a movie, have a nice dinner, sit at the house and cuddle. Anything fun.

There's not a whole lot I'll keep secret. If you want to know something about me, fire away. I'm not shy about answering.
