Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Heya, Ryan's the name, and Ryan is fairly... irregular? That'll
I tend to ramble lots in text, so I killed most of what I had
written here because it was pure drivel. DOT POINTS TO THE
1. I like music
Lots of music.
2. I play piano
7. I consider myself a pacifist
8. I will laugh at pretty much anything. People think I'm fake,
when really I just love to laugh, and tend to be very loud about
9. I can be (read: pretend to be) confident.
10. I can be excessively shy

What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I am currently at UNSW studying Music and Theatre Studies, but
please don't ask what I'm going to do with my life when that's
done, because I'll probably say "programming", and then god help
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I seriously don't know. I'm at a bit of a crossroads in my life
where I'm abandoning everything I was once good at (maths, piano)
and starting a whole bunch of new things (singing, acting,
directing, computing) that I'm not yet good at.
So I think I can safely say I'm not "really good" at
I dislike singing my own praises, and think it's a quality to be
avoided, but if I have to say something I guess it would be gaming.
I'm passionate about that shit.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Well, people don't notice me. But if they are made to - if by some
trick of the light someone's eyes are drawn to look at me (perhaps
because I am on a stage in front of ultra-bright lights singing at
their ears) - they tend to notice that I'm tall.
As a side note, I've always wanted any random person to walk up and
just say "hows it going?" because it would give me a necessary
boost to my faith in humanity.

Books: "Artemis Fowl" series, JRR Tolkein (LOTR, The Hobbit...
etc.), Bill Bryson, Tim Winton, "Harry Potter" series (JK Rowling),
Victor Kelleher... god he is amazing. I need to read Fire Dancer
again. If you have something to tell me to read BESIDES teen
fiction, please do. I want something fresh and engaging.
Movies: Into the Wild, Garden State, Lord of the Rings, Juno,
Bladerunner, Kill Bill, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, Hero, House
of Flying Daggers, Children of Men, Amelie, Little Fish,
Elizabeth... hmmm... lots more.
Music (at the moment):
... and LOTS more.
Food: BLAH. Anything. I love food... not picky.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. Music, for peace.
2. My voice, for singing.
3. My mind, for learning.
4. People to learn from.
5. More to learn.
6. The emotional warmth of being held in someone's arms.
7. Bending the rules.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
New people that I've met. (This one's a biggy.)
Pretty much everything. My brain regularly goes into overtime.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
What do you mean by "Typical"? ... although, come to think of it,
this one has an answer these days. I'm usually at rehearsal for
whatever musical I am in/directing. I've just been in a production
of Godspell, where I got to kill Jesus four nights a week in the
role of Judas. Suits me.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
... I live in a house. With a room. Or maybe a few. I can't
Fun. And off track... anyway. I live in a house. That's personal
enough, I would say.
