I was born and raised in Las Vegas but decided to move to Washington to enjoy the forest and rain. I have earned an AA degree in History and enjoy talking about it as well as politics or anything else that involves some thinking. I'm really good at knowing random facts. I tend to be a light hearted person who enjoys nature while going out on hikes, camping, or just going down to the coast. I don't like to waste time fretting over things that have happened in the past and am more interested in just moving forward. I enjoy going to the movie theater, concerts, and anything new that sounds like it would be fun. I wouldn't mind going up north to Seattle a little more since I haven't left the Olympia area too much since I moved here. I have two cats and they will be with me for a long time so if you are allergic to animals I might not be your guy!

I had a computer repair job in Las Vegas for the school district there but without formal certs in the IT field it is hard to get a job in this current market. For some reason my history degree hasn't sealed the deal for getting back into IT jobs so I decided to take some time and expand my computer knowledge. I'm currently attending SPSCC to earn a Network Admin degree. I'm very confident in my career path and am happy to have found something that I love to do. I really enjoy making people happy and try my best to live by the golden rule. I am a computer geek and love electronics so I am usually messing around with an old computer or installing some new software to make my life easier. I've been single for quite a few years now and am thinking it might be time to get back into the dating world so here I am.

At making people laugh. I also tend to be a pretty logical person. I am good at helping others and try to be patient when helping people learn something they do not understand. I am pretty detail oriented and try to keep my surroundings clean and organized so I don't spend half my life looking for things that I have misplaced. For some reason I remember details about movies like how much money they cost to make and how much they made. I guess it has become a hobby of mine. When crap hits the fan i'm usually the one that keeps my cool and figures out what to do next. I once got it in my head that I wanted to be a chef so I spent a considerable amount of time learning how to cook and going to a culinary school. While I decided the restaurant business wasn't for me I do love to cook and can bake as well. I have also been told I make really kick ass sandwiches.

I'm tall and have broad shoulders.

Books: Alton Brown cook books, Game of Thrones, The Lost Fleet, The Road, Dave Ramsey, Fight Club, In Death Ground, History books, political history, anything that will get my attention.

Movies: Dredd, 500 Days of Summer, Anything Christopher Nolan, Fight Club, The Crow, Sherlock Holmes, Star Trek, Dances with Wolves.

TV: Arrested Development, Battlestar Galactica (new version although I do appreciate the original), Seinfeld, The Office, Breaking Bad, Dexter, Game of Thrones, Spartacus, Family Guy, News, Good Eats, Top Chef, Kitchen Nightmares, Star Trek.

I don't get to watch TV very often now that i'm attending school. Perhaps this is a good thing.

Music: Opeth, In Flames, Arch Enemy, Muse, KMFDM, NIN, Stone Temple Pilots, Weezer, Garbage, Cold Play, Alice in Chains, soundtrack scores.
I try not to define myself by the genres I listen to, I just like what whatever sounds good.

I would be pretty sad if the internet stopped working. Other then that I can't think of to much I can't live with out. Everything is temporary when you think about it so just enjoy the day and make sure your loved ones know you care.

Right now I just try and study as much as I can. I do think about how nice it will be once I am done with school and I am able to get my dream job.

I also like to observe people and figure out why they do the things that they do while i'm at work.

I like to think about how cool it is that the universe started and everything was just scattered about. Through all the time that has gone by, every little particle made its way across space and over time formed into me. All those billions and billions of processes that lead to us all living here on Earth, damn, that is pretty damn cool :) And here I am just trying to figure out what I want to eat for dinner tonight.

Studying or possibly out with a friend or two. I keep things pretty low key.

I love Lady Gaga's music. I know I shouldn't but the Jackass TV show and movies make me laugh a ton.
