My self-summary
"They" tell me that I'm funny to laugh at or with. I certainly do have an interesting perspective on the world and do communicate this to others and it seems to make them chuckle. "They" also tell me that I am a very uplifting, positive and brave person (I don't fight Dragons or anything)

"They" have also described me as generous, thoughtful, caring and that if you are in need and do right by me I will go to the Nth degree to help you if I can (I'm using "they" as it appears less egotistical if I can provide evidence that I'm not the only one who thinks these things - however by highlighting this, I have now spoiled all the lovely things that "they" have said about me)

I talk. A lot.

I also do listen though. I believe that I have a knack of helping people to understand how they're feeling and to help them through it, whether it's a good or not so good experience. I'm a very passionate person and while I won't always agree with you I'll respect and listen to your views.

The Beatles once said "The love you make, is equal to the love you take" John Lennon described that line as "cosmic" I believe that to be an understatement. If everyone followed that principle the human race would be a lot more content. Sorted out good and proper, even.

I love my mom and dad. She gave me and my siblings everything we ever needed to be well rounded individuals.. and we are! My dad did too but he taught me the gift of comedy. I love him for that. 1. Laugh at yourself. 2. Be laughed with. 3. Laugh at others with caution and respect. 4. Laugh at what you can’t control and 5. Have the gift of comedy……… timing.

I’m built on my loving nuclear and extended family. I have AMAZINGLY good friends who, amongst many good qualities fall into the “having my back” category. These people are the reason I’m all the things “they” say I am.

If you want in and you can follow what I’ve babbled on about (thank you for taking the time to read by the way) then get in touch.

Interesting fact: Kieran in Irish means “of the dark” in Indian it means “Sunray” Complete opposites! Weird Eh?

Cheers peeps. Hope to hear from you soon
What I’m doing with my life
This is a difficult one as my career (which I love doing) quite often attracts certain types, if people know what I do. Cryptic I know but perhaps if when I get to know you a bit better I'll let you in on it!
I’m really good at
Random useless information, film quotes (both of which are quite useful in a pub quiz) Making paper Aeroplanes, impersonations/accents, being a bit of clown....
The first things people usually notice about me
Smile, eyes, sense of humour, my northernness and dance moves.. not necessarily in that order.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books: Most things by Peter James, Dean Koontz, the odd auto-biograpghy, anything about the Beatles or 60's music in general

Movies: Top 5 would probably include, Jaws, The Shining, Alien, Platoon, Lord of the Rings Trilogy.. I could easily do a top ten, let's leave that until we meet

Shows: Mostly comedy - Classic stuff i.e. Fawlty Towers, Blackadder, The Two Ronnies. Recent stuff - The Office, Extra's..
I do like a good serial drama too..

Music: 60's - Specifically The Beatles but I also honestly do have a VERY eclectic taste in music. From Opera to Trance. Heavy Metal to Musical Theatre. I'm fortunate that I have many musical influences in my life

Food: Anything apart from Tinned Salmon, White chocolate and chilled monkey brains!
The six things I could never do without
1. Family and friends (technically 2 but really are the same)
2. Toothbrush
3. Music
4. Comedy
5. Love
6. Talking
I spend a lot of time thinking about
thinking about thinking.. again, I'm new. I'll get round to it. Promise
On a typical Friday night I am
Working, plotting to take over the world, seeing friends, socialising, eating out, clubbing (not so much now) again, not all at the same time
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I once spent a week on a nudist beach!! Quite liberating actually.. Factor 50 a must though!
I’m looking for
  • Girls who like guys
  • Ages 24–40
  • Near me
  • Who are single
  • For new friends, long-term dating
You should message me if
...You can get on board and agree with the 5 principles of comedy that I believe in, with a rough acceptance that I'm a bit of a romantic and believe in good, old fashioned love (as well as new, cool, spontaneous and exciting love) and a good helping of hope (humans being the only living organism to possess the intellectual ability to develop and use hope) then I reckon we could have a good conversation and maybe a bit of a giggle too!
