But what if you find someone you can talk to while you eat apples on a bright fall morning? Well...I suppose there's no point in getting greedy, is there?"
-A great quote that I just absolutely butchered-
I exist at the intersection of seriousness and absurdity. Both sides seem to like me, and I'm adept at wearing either hat when I need/want to. However, I'm always cautious that I strike the appropriate balance, lest I be seen as either overly grim or comically insane
I guess you could say that I have a personality akin to Doc Brown from Back to the Future. If you've never seen those movies and this analogy makes no sense, I apologize. You should go watch those movies, they're classics. The takeaway here is that I'm lighthearted and jocular whenever I can be, but serious when I need to be. I do not, however, own a DeLorean.
I suppose I should have just said that up front instead of parading out obscure quotes and movie references. It would have spared us all the 200 words of me trying to sound clever. Brevity is wit and all. Whatever, I'm comfortable with it.
