When I'm not working or teaching yoga, I love being outside, partaking in adrenaline-inducing activities, exploring distant lands, and enjoying all the things that make San Diego the most awesome place on earth to live. While adventure is great, I also enjoy nights in cuddling on the couch watching movies.

Saving the world, one downward facing dog at a time. Really though, I am passionate about helping people feel their best.

You don't take life too seriously, but have a sense of direction and purpose.
