Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I've lived around the just-outside-seattle area for all of my life,
and I don't dislike it...but I wouldn't mind going elsewhere. I
love to travel, anytime. Sometimes on a lark I'll take off for a
weekend to wherever it strikes me to go. This doesn't happen enough
I love trying new things, pondering varieties of whatnot, and
This is the first time I've updated this in about 4 years
Spring '11 now...geez already?!)...so I wouldn't consider it a
reliable source of info if I were you ;)
...Except for the stuff about adventure. I vow to never "grow out
of" that. hehe.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Dragging it around with me.
Getting a degree. Moving around. Learning the curves of the rim of
...and most currently, updating my okcupid profile's "What I'm
doing with my life" section.
Eventually, I'd like to own a business or two, do something awesome
(ok..MANY awesome somethings!), show off some genius in some field
or another, and talk about all of the former with someone
interesting and personable.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Finding humor in the most hopeless and un-humorous of situations,
staying up all night, planning getaways (whether or not the
follow-through happens), and cooking I spose (...though it isn't
all that hard).
I think sculpting, a little bit, as well. We'll see...
...And not being able to finish a thought without starting a new
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My eyes, how messy my car is (eek!)....and I have no idea what else
because those two are usually the "first things noticed" that are
vocalized to me :)

a) Anything fun to read. I don't usually stick to an author, but
sample a lot of random or new. Douglas Adams, Stephen King, Ray
Bradbury, Orson Scott Card...These are authors I've returned to
repeatedly, but they aren't the only awesome ones I've come across.
I'm sure this is true with everyone, right?
b) I like weird and unique and whatever else is neat. Try me. This
is part of the fun, right? You're not even reading this section
anyway I'll bet. ;)
...You only stopped because there was a visually interesting winky
c) All sorts of stuff! The Decemberists, Frank Sinatra, Postal
Service, April March, Air, Concretes, Matt & Kim,
I like lots of other things, but those just happened to be ones I
read on my recent playlists.
d) I like to make things and then force other people to eat it.
Usually they don't mind too much.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Coffee, Bad influences, technology, My hands, flighty Aspirations,
something to hug.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Things to invent, and what skills, knowlege, tools and mats I'd
need to make it happen.
What the world would be like if...
How/why not to hate people who've TOTALLY earned it.
How everything could be made better.
Existential whatnot and hoohah.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Visiting my peoples, making stuff, slapping together some
last-minute plans, or just hanging out at home.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
My toes are too little for toe socks :'(

You are interesting, have something to talk about (even if it's
about something stupid), and/or aren't a jerk.
...seriously...don't be a jerk. You're better than that. ;)
