My life is an open book.

Okay - well, I'm originally from California. I lived there for many years, moved to NC for grad school, moved to NYC, moved back to SF (home), moved back to NYC, moved back to NC. And I'm moving to Minneapolis in July.

I guess I'm a fun guy - I'm kind of consumed with work, but that's sort of the nature of the beast. I'm extremely devoted to yoga, and in the last year I've begun really exploring some of the philosophies and spiritual ideas that support that work. I'm back into running and trying to find a balance between the two. I got my dog a year ago and she's leading me on all sorts of adventures.

I love to cook - and love dining out. I'm looking forward to spending some time enjoying restaurants in Minneapolis. I love finding new dining spots.

I covet intellectual rigor - I really like someone who challenges me and my lazier points of view.

I have a wry sense of humor, am insightful and silly.
