Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Listen. I am a lady. When my beverage is served, you will find my
napkin on my lap. I am a remarkable woman. I have overcome
adversity. Unimaginable adversity at that. This would include…wait.
That can’t be told on the first date. So let me tell you this. You
are looking at a woman who has owned a restaurant, having learned
on the job how to make it work. A woman who has made her mark as a
mother. A woman who has worked her way up that old corporate
ladder, with eternal appreciation to the men who believed in what
she could accomplish before she could imagine it herself. A woman
who also felt something powerful beating at the core of her being
when she was reminded that she could create her own reality. From
her thoughts. A woman who dreams big dreams, and steps out of her
comfort zone in order to bring them to life. A woman who runs 5Ks,
who teaches breath therapy, who makes spirit dolls, who finds the
gold in unlikely people and places.
And I am looking for a man who…is you? How do you match?
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I'm a financial analyst by day, and developing a private practice
"on the side" for Counseling with Breath Therapy--my calling. It
seems there isn't enough time in the day to do it all, like add a
relationship to all this. Except there is something I’ve learned
about time in recent years. It opens up when we are “in the zone,”
so to speak. And I know, too, that I am open to finding a love
that’s true and spectacular. And know about miracles.
I’m really good at

The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
There is nothing I could never do without, having learned that upon
having once lost the only thing I loved at all. Now there's a
story. But I know what you're really asking: I love my music,
roses, things that sparkle, sensuality, someone to chatter to
(with!), laughing and playing, meditation, Rumi. Maybe you.

I love falling in love. Even the heartbreaking parts of it. Because
I have a dream--that someday the love will keep growing instead of
stopping. Actually, it doesn't stop at all, if I'm paying
attention. It all leads to you and me. And I believe in that. Just
like a teenager. With that innocence. With that divinity.
That, and I kinda sit on my cell phone while driving. So I'll know
if a call comes through. From the vibration. [Update: Well, I used
to. There are some things Smartphones don't do as well!!!]
