Why don't I start at the beginning, hmmm? I was born in San Francisco, and raised in San Jose, CA. So, if you were hoping for a southern belle, you should know I'm much more Cali-minded...Okay, that's enough about my beginning, I think!

I'm still a child at heart, I love to play and learn! I like to laugh, and try not to take anything the world throws at me too seriously. Above all, though, I strive to keep an atmosphere of fun and happiness around me.

I understand the importance of trust and respect in all relationships, and I try to act towards others the way I'd like to be treated. While I definitely adhere to my sense of right and wrong, I don't judge others on their beliefs or actions (so long as they don't hurt or infringe upon others).

I'm a very sensory-addicted person, anything exotic is right up my alley!

I'm easily entertained. I swear even a paper bag could keep me amused for awhile!

Some things I like:
-Tattoos; I have 3 of my own, too
-I much prefer warm weather over cold! I do enjoy shorts visits to the snow for skiing, though.
-Art and natural history museums.
-Travel. I'm lucky enough to have experienced the cultures of S. Korea, Cuba, Morocco and much of Western Europe. It got a bit lonely always traveling by myself though, so I don't do this as much anymore. Maybe I can meet someone who is able to take trips with me?
-Road trips
-Roller coasters & amusement parks.
-Gambling in Las Vegas and walking for hours around NYC.
-Flying kites--especially in the fierce wind before a thunderstorm!
-Splashing in rain puddles and walking barefoot in the mud (I've loved doing these since I was a kid)

I'm still trying to figure this one out...so, I'll use this space to give you an idea of some traits I'm looking for in a guy:
-Close to my own age
-Physically fit (that's part of attraction & chemistry for me)
-Able to hold an intelligent conversation
-Outgoing in social situations
-Affectionate
-Sexually monogamous
-Doesn't equate monogamy with monotony
-Ideally I'd find someone with all the qualities expressed in the Depeche Mode song "Somebody."

Books:
I read a lot, pretty much always fiction (I guess its a sort of escapism). My favs of all time would have to be Alice in Wonderland, The Tao of Pooh, and anything by Carl Hiaasen or Tom Robbins

Movies:
I don't watch them much anymore, but my top choices are True Romance, Natural Born Killers, and The Princess Bride. Otherwise, I almost always enjoy comedy and action films

Music:
I mainly listen to drum n bass, and breakbeat. However, I also have a soft spot for Blink 182, early NIN, Violent Femmes, George Michael, The Beach Boys, and certain show tunes (i.e. "Little April Shower" from Bambi, and "I'd Do Anything" from Oliver!)

Food:
I'll try just about anything, but my favorites are Indian, cake, candy, ice cream sandwiches, and a good steak (medium-rare)

Well, after going through a bunch of OKC's profile questions, I wonder how many people really have strong feelings about most of them...I rated most of them "irrelevant"! I truly don't care whether or not a potential partner believes that trees have souls!

I try to keep myself busy. Likely scenarios include:
-Out at a club with my friends, dancing my ass off to some drum n bass...
-Having dinner with my friends

I'd love to meet someone who would appreciate my smart mouth--but also know how to silence it, every now & then, with a kiss!
