I am a musician looking for my musical muse and match. Are you musical?

I am a country and city girl. I thrive in the buzz, but crave the healing peace of the trees and water. I also love adventure and exploring lesser known places.

I spent three young teen years tucked away in some very isolated mountains in the West of Ireland* and used to challenge myself to get lost. There I also honed my skills of skipping rocks and building camp fires in a little cave, where I would burn potatoes on the coals to later eat. I guess what this means now is I am rarely bored and have fun being resourceful, and also why I like going to the far away quiet places where nature is overwhelmingly present. (*I am also a dual citizen, and am ready to go back- it's been too long!)

I am foodie, I love it and can talk and explore food with passion for a long time.

I can also cook, thankfully! Generally I enjoy looking in the fridge/freezer/cabinets and being inspired by the ingredients I have on hand. (Perhaps some risotto with truffle oil? Or maybe spicy green hatch chile with chicken?)

& wine, mmmmmmm. I particularly like Spanish reds- its a rare one I don't like.

I am a nurturer, a lover of love. I see Divine in others instantly and understand we all have lessons to learn and grow from.

I don't seek drama, dislike fighting or upset. I am honest and passionately expressive, most of all in the arena of how much I love those who show me their true self and give of their heart.

I love to laugh (who doesn't?) as well as do spontaneous things. A quick wit is perfect for me, especially if it involves a lot of word play. I particularly enjoy all the city has to offer in poor grammar/spelling. Two of my local favorites are, "Foo King" Chinese take out and, "Rey's Hell's Kitchen's Finest Deli". Ah, the simple pleasures...

I am a quietly spiritual person, and believe in empathy and unspoken communication amongst souls and this world we live in.

I am not a super sports lover kind of chick, but I do enjoy a live game regardless of the teams. I am not a big gamer but I own a Wii and had a blast playing it when I first got it. I am into card games and love a good game of pictionary with friends, but it has been years since I've played.

I've organized a trip to Flushing for dim sum and to the Hindu temple for yum Indian food, and am ready to do something like that again. Next stop is Ghanaian food in the Bronx.

I am Passionate, Adventurous, and in for a penny...

I am a musician to my very core. My love of it is one of my deepest connections to the world and my spirituality. I write to heal, to express, to grow, to achieve goals, to soothe my soul, to make me happy. I thoroughly enjoy the stage though it took me some time to embrace that journey fully. Now I see it for what it truly is- a group experience of joy that feeds off of itself. The high is like no other, and I hope to heal many people on this journey.

I think similar musical tastes are important in a relationship. To me it signals a reflection of personality and inner character qualities- but I am always open to new sounds! I would love it most (and to be quite honest, a necessity) if my partner has some musical sensibilities/ability to play an instrument. I don't need a musical genius, but it is such a moving experience to interact musically with a lover. Mmmmm

Connecting genuinely with others, finding adventure and laughter in life, seeing the positive in the people I meet, cooking, songwriting, performing.

In the past, people have mentioned my smile, :) my eyes & my ability to empathize & find connection without knowing someone for very long.

Food:
All things savory and spicy. Triple cream cheeses, dark chocolate. Seafood raw and straight from the ocean is an incredible luxury. (Conch, uni mmmm!)
