I came to Los Angeles almost three years ago to help start a mathy-tech company. In addition to the math itself, I love building something out of nothing, and something better out of something just-okay.

I've pursued similar adventures in a number of cities - most recently london, but also various cities both in and out of the states.

I have a strange fascination with jetlag, expatriate life, the bending of social norms, infographics, and classical music.

I have really long appendages, especially my hands. When I speak, my hands tend to kind of float about.

Generally speaking, I like the overlapping of senses because my senses kind of overlap each other in my brain (ask me about it sometime). I love musical books, food that rhymes, and colorful tunes.

eating something delicious, laughing, reading a comic book, having a heated conversation about being agile, dancing like a crazy person.

I dont think LA is all that bad.
