I heart making the most of any situation. Eating breakfast cereal. Shopping at Whole Foods like I've never been there before. Putting on dapper clothes during the week and slaying Manhattan. Getting incredibly excited for a themed-party and going all-out. Nunchucks. Believing I'm good at navigating in a foreign country or someplace I've never been. Throwing dinner parties. Listening to friends and telling them what not to do from personal experience. Confiscating the dance floor.

My California roots help me dream big as if I'm in my own 80s movie. I'm gradually trading in swagger for meditation, patience, gratitude and making my life amazing.

Above all else, I enjoy connecting with people through great conversations and having the patience to do it, and am looking for a partner who loves this too, and can spend all weekend doing nothing around the apartment and neighborhood and/or going on adventures.

When I was 5 in 1st grade and saw a grainy computer screen make a 2" colored line I thought, "Wow! That's so cool!" Now I'm a high-tech professional that has a zeal for shut-downs (start-ups). I'm in the best playground in the world and build products and companies that hopefully make peoples lives better and help them waste time.

To help keep sane, I exercise a lot, love riding my bike all over and creating more chi with Shaolin kung fu. My most creative, funny and ridiculous ideas happen when doing this, so if you receive a LMFAO text/email that's witty, flirty and fun, I likely conjured it while doing the above.

I travel a lot for work and fun -- I'll go to Paris or Patagonia, and am always up for a snowboarding trip, weekend getaway, biking to Tilden, walking from point A to B...

Getting vertigo at the top of double-black diamond snowboarding runs and freaking out. Making cookies. Making crow noises. Chatting. Being functional. Getting option paralysis. Saying yes. Embodying an all-time favorite character and channeling what they would do in the present situation.

Positive and healthy energy.

Silver Linings Playbook is the best movie I've seen in awhile, and typically will go see any indy flick over hollywood. All time favorites are Le Femme Nikita (French Version), My Own Private Idaho, Blade Runner, Superbad, Napolean Dynamite, Just Friends, The Lives of Others...lots more...love movies!

How awesome is Pandora? Right now am into Animal Collective, Of Montreal, Discovery, The Fruitbats, Santigold, LCD Soundsystem, Arcade Fire, Crystal Castles. Plus the classics Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Pixies, Morrissey (love seeing Moz in convert), Alt 80s, Joy Division, Erasure, New Order, NWA, gansta rap, watching alt 80s videos on YouTube, Husker Du, 80s punk, Jesus Jones....Huge electronica fan, breakbeats & house music all night long

Having thrown in the towel on TV a long time ago I've gotten roped in because of Girls. That show is efn hilarious! Game of Thrones is good.

I like trying new restaurants and most foods. I eat a ton. You will be surprised. I eat too much to qualify as a foodie but recently got promoted from being a rookie cook. I experiment on my friends with dinner parties where I try creating something I've never cooked, and enjoy the transformation from utter panic because of seemingly imminent disaster to it all turning out just fine. If we hang out and every 3 hours or so I'm up for a snack, think of it like grazing?

What am I doing and why?

Eating bread, cookies and other snacks reading magazines, tooling around online and kinda watching TV/DVR fighting to stay awake until 11pm so I can eat more junk food.

I can't believe all the things I've done in my life and I'm living the life I am in NYC.

The best advice I've ever gotten for traveling is to say hello first. This seems like great advice for okc, too.
