I believe that in relationships we should build each other up and bring out the best in each other, and I am looking for someone who shares that outlook. I admire men who are warm, easy-going, relaxed and positive.

It's likely that we'd share some interests, have some separate ones, and perhaps he would introduce me to new activities and/or vice versa. He'd hope to find a friend, companion and lover for a potentially long-term, close and affectionate relationship, but with time for personal space, too. He'd like to kiss and cuddle.

Maybe we'd want to go to see a play or film together - I enjoy several types of both.

And maybe we'd enjoy discussions about a variety of topics. We might like to visit a museum, exhibition or historic building. Or take a trip either in the UK or abroad.

I have a human resources professional qualification but retired early and now have a part-time, voluntary role.
