I also spend a lot of time thinking about my fingernails and how to paint them better...see below.

working out, then making good food, drinking wine, or hanging out with friends doing all of the above.

I bite my nails when I'm anxious, in order to keep myself from biting my nails I paint my fingernails. When the anxiety kicks in I scrape off the nail polish. I pretty much have to repaint my nails every other day.

I do wear my heart on my sleeve.
