My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I am a fiercely independent woman looking for a dependable man. If you understand this, go past go and message me. Seriously.

If you're looking for your foul-mouthed bar maid who can turn the charm on in front of your grandmother and the pope, you've come to the right profile.

My profile reflects my free-spirited personality, and doesn't necessarily show how legit of a mature adult I can be. I promise you I am very mature and focused. I just like to have fun while doing so. I even have a big girl job at a Fortune 100 company where I get shiz done and kick major arse managing communications for a project where we are expanding into 20 countries. (See how awesome I am at cussing?)
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I just picked it up and drove 2,000 miles until I hit the coast line due to a pretty sweet job offer (see above) and the fact that I was becoming too contentedly complacent. As my g'ma commented, I don't let the grass grow under my feet.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Being on a bike - stationary or otherwise. Others: Being a die hard Fighting Sioux Hockey fan (probably doesn't make much sense to the Bay Area), mixing a mean cocktail that tastes delicious, sprucing up resumes, planning vacations, wrapping well thought out gifts, going all mama bear when one of my people is hurt. Oh, and grammar, I'm really good at grammar.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
A colleague once called me a "doll" and another one got more specific by calling out "Bride of Chucky." So, I'm gonna go with chameleon. But sincere in all actions.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books: I'm slowly adopting the Kindle approach. It's been liberating but I miss the feel and smell of a good paperback.

Movies: Big Lebowski, Dazed & Confused, Grumpy Old Men and Grumpier Old Men, Fargo, Juno, Office Space, Slapshot, Super Troopers, Toy Story series, Wizard of Oz. No lies, they are all in my movie collection.

Shows: My heart broke when House finished its last season. It was almost as bad as the Gilmore Girls heartbreak.

The ones I've been lucky enough to see in person (to name a few): 4onthefloor (x^4), AC/DC, Aerosmith (3x), B.B. King, Beyonce (x2), Black Keys, Bruno Mars, Eric Clapton, Ellie Goulding (x2), Foster the People, Flogging Molly, fun, G. Love (3x), Jack Johnson, Jay-Z, Lumineers, Ke$ha, Killers, Mumford & Sons, O.A.R., Neil Young, Pink Floyd (what's left of 'em), Prince, Ryan Bingham (x2), Sam Smith, Vampire Weekend, Weezer (4x) - as you can see, tastefully all over the billboard charts.

Food: The spicier the better - Thai is my favorite. I've rooster sauce in my desk at work.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. Burt's Bees chapstick
2. Passport
3. A huge water bottle, full
4. Music blaring or speaking softly to me
5. A book (or Kindle) that I just can't put down
6. My five-inch memory foam

I sleep with 5 of the 6 near me.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
How I'm going to get my dream job overseas (landed it in San Francisco for now), my next big travel adventure, where I parked my car, how the family is doing, who's having fun without me. Where my soul mate is who will support me in my career aspirations, be my travel buddy, remind me where I parked that damn car, think my family is a good kind of riot, and be creating the fun with me. In turn, I'll support him in whatever way he needs. Because I'm ready, I really really am.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Laundry, netflixing, and in bed by 11. OR impromptu trip to a new city exploring. OR at a happy hour that turns into me missing the last damn BART train home. That might have happened a time or four since I've moved here.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I often times wonder if I'm in over my head, but my ego doesn't know that so please don't tell it to my face.
You should message me if
Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
Here's the thing. I've this shy thing happening when it comes to fellas. So if we're a mutual match, then I'm interested. But because I'm a dork, I don't have the nerve to message you unless I came up with a really good quip or intro. Sometimes I have but my palms are too sweaty and my phone drops, once again rendering my smooth moves...well not smooth. Anyway, just do it, will you?
