Well where to start... I'm a pretty fun loving girl. I grew up between here and a small town in Missouri. So I think I encompass a bit of the small town country girl and outgoing city type. I miss it there except I'm pretty sure if I was there I'd miss here. Can't have your cake and eat it to right? Haha well I'm working on that one. I am a pastry chef. I specialize in elaborate wedding cakes. I really enjoy having the creative freedom to turn something that starts as basically flour and water, into something mouthwatering and beautiful. I am very blessed to love what I do and be pretty good at it.

I enjoy so many things to write them all here would seem a little spastic. Although truly it is what makes life fun and exciting. I'll try to narrow it down to just a few.

Camping!!! I could camp every weekend of the year! To be surrounded by nature with all its beauty, purity, and wonderful smells is amazing. This includes fishing! I know, I even bait my own hook. LOL Fishing is one of the things I miss the most about missouri.

Board games... Game night with drinks and friends is one of my ideal ways to spend any evening. I enjoy all the way from a complex strategy to candy land.

Wheel thrown ceramics, yep like in ghost. Although I don't have a wheel in my house. I randomly decide to take classes now and again and I love it!

Ah yes and multi tasking! It's a great skill to have as a mom and a baker.

How happy I am, my patience and my contagious laugh. Haha that's what they say.

I love the Twilight series, what girl doesn't. A Tree grows in Brooklyn; The Diary of Anne Frank; Oh The Places You'll Go.

With movies just make me laugh or cry and you've got a movie I like. Put them together and I will love it! The ones I won't forget are the ones that catch me off guard and make me think.

People laugh when they go though my ipod because my taste is so diversified. In a nut shell I am all about lyrics. I like to hear a story and emotions in the music I listen to. So in almost every genre there is music I enjoy.

I hear Sushi is great, take me to the right place and I might love it!! I love to try new things! But favorite would probably be Italian. I am hesitant to say this but I love sausage!!! Get your mind out of the gutter........ =)
