I like horror movies. Old 1940s-1960s black and white horror/scifi movies have to be the best the work is so corny yet horrific in its own cheesy way. I can never get enough of them. On a weekend I am probably at a concert hanging with friends and more often than not at least one of them is playing at the show. I volunteer at an animal shelter and work with cats (cleaning and helping them find the right home). I love all animals, but when it comes to pets I am a cat person. It doesn't mean I don't like dogs but I prefer cats. I hate lying under any circumstance and believe that a painful truth is better than a pleasant lie.

Back when I graduated from high school I went to culinary school for baking and pastry. Made some awesome friends and learned how to bake some cool stuff; but it wasn't a career I wanted. So I transferred out and am now a sociology major in my senior year. The plan is to go to grad school and then do research/theory work/teach? Working for a research institute like Pew would be awesome. If you want me to talk just ask me about whatever I am researching. Just be warned I might not stop.

I work for the Lyric Opera in telesales. It pays well and its a fun job. You get to learn all sorts of silly last names people have like snoblin.
