My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
My interrests cover many areas. I'm greatly curious about everything. My path through the academy was a meandering one, where I picked up a lot of things not entirely relating to what was my major field of study.

One important interrest of mine is music. I play the clarinet in a student orchestra. I've also started to learn playing the guitar, which so far has lead to nothing. I've also tried to learn various social dances. So far it's become foxtrot, lindy hop and tango.

I like to go to the theatre. Preferably the strange avant garde performance art-like stuff. I like to be surprised.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I work as a research engineer in the field of radiation physics.

I play the clarinet in a student orchestra. We play concerts, festivals and occasional tours.

I read a lot.

I go to the theatre. I try to see new interresting shows as often as I can.

I try to learn more languages. At the moment I'm not starting anything new, I'm just work on my German and my Japanese.

Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Excessing in the knowledge of obscure trivia. Dancing.

I like are stuff that tickles the imagination. This maybe sounds pretentious. Well, challenge me :)

Books: I used to think writers like Terry Pratchett and Robert Rankin was totaly crazy, until I came across Stanislw Lem and Italo Calvino. I also like american pulp writers like H.P. Lovecraft and Robert E Howard. It's a genre I'd really like to know more about.

Comic books: Jhonen Vasquez, Shannon Wheeler

Movies: Save the Green Planet, Postman Blues, Brazil, Delicatessen.

Music: My interrest in music follows two major paths. Along the first one you find electronic, industrial and gothic stuff like Fad Gadget, Rasputina and Skinny Puppy. On the other path you find everything wind instrument related, like ska, jazz and classical music. As I learn more about this kind of music, my namedropping will be equally intense.

Food: I like to try new stuff, but some favourites are the japanese as well as traditional swedish food.

Comedians: This category is important to me. Some of my favourites are Stewart Lee, Ross Noble and Sean Lock. Some comedians that I find overrated are Eddie Izzard, Bill Hicks and Magnus Betnér.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Coffee, A sense of humour, intellectual conversation.

(What was I thinking when I wrote that? I hate intellectual conversation. Some serious nonsense, that's what I like!)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Why I can't get a proper sound out of my guitar.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Hanging out with some friends.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I once used the phrase "Tacitus writings on Caligula are lost" in an actual conversation.

I prefer women who quote Sophocles to women who quote Winnie the Pooh.
