My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm honest, hard-working guy with a good sense of humour, and probably a bit weird. I'm pretty laid back and enjoy having fun when I'm not busy working. I'm a quiet guy who is a good listener. Personality type is ISFJ.

I'm not really the type of person who likes to go out to bars or clubs. I much prefer staying in and reading or catching a good movie or TV series. I also enjoy video games, practicing on the bass, and writing.

I'm a big lover of music and listen to it constantly when I go out. I also taught myself to play at least 2 instruments: drums and bass. I am beginning to pick up Guitar.

A bit of a hopeless romantic; I think out there is someone for everyone. Just some people are harder to find than others. Probably a big reason I like How I Met Your Mother until that horrible and atrocious final episode.

I have a cat. She is adorable and way too cute. I'm a big lover of animals, so if you love them too we would get along just fine.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I am the senior ACA (Animal Care Attendant) for a veterinary hospital. Its pretty fun working in a vet clinic and I love it. Spending all day around animals is so rewarding. I take great pleasure in seeing my efforts pay off when an animal comes in sick and goes home happy and healthy.

Within the next 10 years I am going to open my own Kennel Boarding business; eventually expanding to include grooming, dog training school, and boarding for cats if all goes well.

Trying to get back into shape after a hectic and unhealthy winter.

J. R. R. Tolkien and R. A. Salvatore have both been a big inspiration to me and as such I have spent a number of years crafting my own Fantasy world, and now have begun writing my first book set in that world. If it goes well, then more stories can follow. Getting published would be like a dream come true.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Learning new things and having a vast knowledge of both useful and useless information.

I wouldn't say really good but I'd say decent at Bass guitar; was really good on drums but now a little rusty.

Baking. Everybody seems to love all the delicious treats I whip up.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Since I don't want to end up writing a book here I'll try to keep it in mostly general terms.

here is the ever changing song of the week. This week:

Books: Science-Fiction/Fantasy mostly, some educational/medical.

Movies: Action, Comedy, Animated, Science-Fiction, Fantasy. Some Documentaries (Educational ones, not ones that are used as a vehicle for someone to spread their biased opinions or lies as fact). Not really a big fan of horror.

TV: All the Star Trek Series, House, Criminal Minds, Big Bang Theory, Corner Gas, Eureka, True Blood, Hogan's Heroes, M*A*S*H, Agents of Shield, and a lot more.

Music: My Itunes library is 6.2 days long. Needless to say there is a lot there. I've got quite a few bands from the US and Canada as well as from Germany, Italy, Finland, Norway, and Japan; all of which fall into the Hard Rock/Metal genres. I also enjoy quite a few people from off of Youtube like Bo Burnham and the Epic Rap Battle guys.

Food: Fresh, Sliced Strawberries and pineapples. Delicious.
Also a huge chocoholic.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1.My Family/My friends (I'd be pretty lonely without them)
2. My Job (Got to pay the bills somehow)
3.Gaming (Keeps my hand-eye co-ordination sharp)
4.Reading (I always have a book on the go)
5.Music (Helps make the commute easier)
6.Netflix (I love movies!)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
I don't think anyone is actually going to read this or anything else in my profile so Screw it, I'm writing a little story:

The place was dark when he entered. But slowly the illumination grew as his eyes adjusted to the dim lighting. The music was soft and gentle; it had an almost soothing quality to it. He made his way across the room, weaving around the tables full of people enjoying their private conversations and found an empty table at the back of the room. The table was covered in a red cloth with a single glowing white candle. A single candle. How poetic of a metaphor for his life. A single glowing light in room of darkness. He wondered to himself why he comes here. Why does he put himself through this year after year.
Suddenly he saw a glow. A single flame had sprung up in the darkness across the way. And behind that glow he saw her. Her face was exquisite. Her eyes were a deep brown that shone with the reflected light of the flame. Her lips were a deep shade of red. Her hair was as long and flowing and dark as the dress she wore. She turned and looked his way; their eyes locking. Embarrassed at being caught he looked away. When he felt it was safe to look back he stole a glance. She was still looking his way and this time she smiled. He felt a thrill rush through him.
Then she seemed to blur in front of his eyes. That seemed odd. In fact that doesn't make sense. He glanced at his hands to be sure it wasn't his eyes. His hands were perfectly clear as well as the details of the room around him. His vision was perfect. He looked at her again and the blurring had increased. Realization hit him like punch to the face. He leaped to his feet and rushed towards her. He had to hurry. This is what he had been waiting for. He knew the portal would not stay open for long and this may be his last chance. Hopefully this leap will be his final leap home.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Relaxing, hanging out with friends depending on the night, sometimes working.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I don't like my feet being touched. Weird I know.
