The about me section, oh how I fear you. Let's get it out of the way up front. I have a daughter, she's 2. She's the best behaved little girl I've ever seen(most of the time, the terrible two's started and she's making up for lost time). I just wanted to make sure you knew that before getting too far, just in case it's deal breaker.

Ok, the rest of the fun stuff. I'm kinda a nerd, but I think of myself as a "cool" nerd. I'm a photographer, storm chaser, firefighter, SCUBA diver for said fire department, and general know a little bit about everything type person. No, I don't have a death wish with the fire and storm stuff, I actually tent to play things a little on the safer side. I like taking risks, as long as the result is worth it.

I love to cook, and am very good at it. If you ever want eggs benedict in bed for breakfast, or handmade ravioli, or whatever your request is, I can probably put it together for you.

I'm a little...ok, a lot... absent minded. With that being said, I have an excellent memory, just not always great at recalling when needed. I love science, and am pretty intrigued with art. My left brain and right brain work very very well together, which can make me an interesting character. My best friend says describes me as a person with their mind going 1,000,000mph all the time. I argue that, it's only like 80% of the time, I do like down time, and sleeping sometimes.

I'm a kind and compassionate person who truly wants to understand the other sides opinion before making a decision. My religion is listed as other because I can't pick two. I'm into Buddhism and christianity. I was raised Luthern, but have never really practiced, and I tend to be more "Yes, there is something there, but maybe not a "God"" I'm a bt confused with my religious standpoint.

I believe in chivalry to some extent. I tend to put others before myself because it's called being nice. I'll stand up for myself when I need to, but why make a scene about stuff that doesn't really matter in the end?

Ok, enough of that for now.

Well, that is a very good question. Right now I am battling wether to continue chasing my dream of being a full time photographer, or go get a regular job and give up that dream. It's a hard choice for me because I am pretty idealistic and believe the only way to be happy, is to do something that makes you happy.

It's like the Steve Jobs quote, "Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to...love what you do...Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life.... And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary."

Well, I consider myself really good at photography, but thats totally subjective, and i'm never satisfied with my work. I'm also a pretty darn good cook. Working with people, and running a group is also pretty easy for me. Working on the fire department for so long kinda makes you do that, especially when you are expected to be in charge at a scene.

Well, I like to wear bow ties. Not all the time, but often. I'm a bit eclectic I guess. Kinda absent minded, smart, and really truly caring.

Ok, i'm sorry, but I am going to skip most of this one because it's too long of a list. I can summarize it into, a good one, one with a real story, one with a real message and meaning, and italian. I have too many weird likes and dislikes to list, so it gets complicated.

My daughter, my iPhone, my iPad, my camera, my brain, and my life.

Random thought that pop into my head. I do think about my daughter quite a bit now. My photography and how I am going to succeed in it is also a big one now.

Who knows, I like to have coffee...ok, I'll admit it. I'm a caffeine addict. There, I said it. I'm trying to cut back, I swear. I'll be right back, I need to go grab a cup of coffee.

I run into burning buildings, I've driven though a tornado, and done all sorts of other stuff that could hurt or kill me. Letting someone down, or hurting someone scares me the most. I'm shy because I'm afraid not just of me getting hurt, but what happens if I hurt them.

you don't mind bow ties, like smart guys who aren't "Big bang theory" kind of smart. Or if you want someone who can cook for you, and truly likes the other person to be happy and have a good time.
