I recently stayed over a friend’s house after we fell asleep
drinking wine and watching movies. The next morning he had to work.
He sat up in bed trying not to wake me and followed through with
his normal routine – getting his clothes ready, starting the shower
water so it would warm up, checking his email.
I love watching men in the morning. I used to love doing this when
I was 19 and still love it at 35. There’s nothing like laying in
bed pretending you’re asleep so you can covertly watch the man in
your life while he is preoccupied with getting ready for the day.
There’s something about watching someone who is unaware that they
are being watched. There is no posturing, no pretending to be who
they think they are, just the essence of truth to that person. Are
they efficient in their actions, what do they do that is just silly
but that they’ve incorporated into their routine?
Should I conspire to randomly fall asleep over guy’s houses so that
I can watch them in the morning?
