My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Hello awesome girl! My name is Tai, and I am a man with many "professions".

I'm an adventurer, and it's my duty to try out new things. When I'm out with friends, I'll always be the one that choose the dish no one else in the party has ever tried before.

I'm also an explorer and like to discover interesting things and activities. Real life room escape? Exploring abandoned factories? Count me in! Sometimes I do it with friends, sometimes by myself. I appreciate the exploration time by myself because it gives me time to think about life and what my next move should be in order to be a better person. My latest discovery around the bay is a secret beach in the northern SF area, I'd like to take someone special there one day. :)

Professionally, I'm a designer that makes 3D sceneries for a living and I love my job with passion. It is an opportunity to create anything with only your imagination as the limit, and I think I'm borne to do this. I'll be more than glad to show you some of my work if you are interested!

Outside of adventuring and chasing after dreams, I also enjoy being a homebody sometimes. When I have time, I like to put on my imaginary chef hat and whop up something delicious. Within cooking, I especially take a great interest in dessert. It might be the artist in me taking a liking in making something pretty, or it might be my personality of liking a good challenge, I find it very enjoyable. The hardest dessert I've made so far is a cream puff, it's really hard to get the right moisture and temperature to get a good puff! When I finish my ongoing diet, I'd like to try to make a multi layered tiramisu, it should be lots of fun! Will you come lend me a helping hand? :)

I'm an athlete, although I'm not good in much sports, but I know that I need to keep on moving to have a healthy body. I especially like to try out sports that not much people are into, for example, I'm taking a liking in archery lately, and I'm thinking about picking my own bow up soon!

As for you, many people describe you as a kind, sweet, and caring person. You are very passionate in a thing or two, either hobbies or a job. You appreciate art, and cooking, because going to museum or cooking and exploring different recipe together every so often seem like a fun idea to you. You are not embarrassed about your Asian culture, in fact, you love it and embrace it. They may be things like beliefs, pop-culture, fashion, traditions, and foods. Most importantly, you enjoy the little things in life and you are happy. :-)
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.

The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Wow you have huge eye, wait, are you full Asian?
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Movies: I'm really into mystery and good psychological thrillers. Movies that make you think after you finished the movie. Such as Shutter Island, Momento, and Inception.

Shows: For American shows, I am currently following Breaking Bad, the Walking Dead, Big Bang Theory, and How I Met Your Mother.
I also like to watch Japanese dramas that offer fresh ideas, such as Hungry!, Liar Games, and Dr. Jin.

Music: I usually listen to alternative rocks and some pop. Depend on the mood, sometimes I listen to Chinese Pop, JPop and KPop too. Some of my favorite bands/singers are Muse, Imagine Dragon, A-Lin, and Chvrches.

Food: I'm a huge foodie, especially when it comes to Asian food. okonomiyaki, hotpot, ramen, sushi, and Taiwanese beef noodle! I'm getting hungry...
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Since first six things one could never do without is probably the same as 90% of the people on here (you know, family, friends, internet, food, music, phone blah blah blah) So I'm going to skip the boring part and start with the Second six things I could never do without.

- My Wacom Intuos 5: I like to do artistic things with it... Don't know what it is? I googled it for you.
http://www.wacom.com/en/products/intuos.aspx
- Tea: I'm kind of an caffeine addict. Currently, I'm trying to cut back on coffee, so I'm shifting myself to the next best thing, tea. I really enjoy the premium tea (not teabags!) I got from high Taiwan mountains.
- runner's high: I recently picked up jogging as hobby and I love it. The runner's high is really starting to become something I can't live without everyday!
- my DSLR: I love photography. I think it is amazing that with careful thinking you can capture so much feeling in one single picture.
- Sriracha Sauce and Yakiniku sauce: Oh man, how is this not on everyone's top six things you could never do without?
- You? ;)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
- Designing my own house one day
- How to be happy with smallest effort
- What's for lunch tomorrow
- the awesome sushi I had at Tsukiji market in Japan... drools
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Go to a museum or go on an adventure! Coffee dates are boring, let's go out and do something fun together!
The most private thing I’m willing to admit

... I think 1/8 of me might be Dutch. None of my mom's side look very Asian and I get asked "are you half Asian?" a lot in Taiwan. After all, Taiwan was ruled by Dutch for a while, you neveeer know!

... I like reading Chinese novels
