I am brilliant, eccentric, and unique.
My Self-Summary
I write poetry (check out my posts). 500+ since February. I am a
homebody and I'm not big on people (in general), but I'd like to
meet a girl that I can connect with. I'm a very unique person and,
though I am very personable, I have trouble meeting people that I
find interesting. I am the type of person whose outward appearances
are deceptive. I love my family. They mean the world to me. Not
sure what else to say.
What I’m doing with my life
I'm a junior in college. I was majoring in philosophy, but due to a
year of my parents' nagging, I've decided to do something more
'practical' (aka not go to eight years of school to live in a
cardboard box,) so I've switched my major to computer
science.
Other goals I have include: Write a published book of poetry, write
a programming language, and become the dictator of a small island.
I’m really good at
Everything: especially writing, math, and programming.
The first things people usually notice about me
I guess it depends what the circumstances are.
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
Writers: Nietzsche, Kirkegaard, Kant, Whitman, Bukowski, Ginsberg,
Eliot, Poe, Stephen King, etc, etc, etc.
Movies: Too many to name. I like artsy movies though mostly.
Music: My favorite artists are Above & Beyond, Chopin, and the
Alkaline Trio; but I listen to everything from Reggae, to ska, to
punk, to metal, to rap, to trance, to gregorian chant, to celtic
music, to classical, to basically anything that sounds good.
Food: My mommy's spaghetti, mediterranean, middle eastern, sushi,
french, italian, german, chinese.... anything really. (I'm a human
garbage disposal. A typical meal for me involves dragging my lazy
ass out of bed to one of the grocery stores on campus, where I buy
3-4 boxes of pizza bagels or pizza rolls, 2 packages of stuffed
grape leaves, about 4 cans of Goya de Jugo de Coco Asada--aka
roasted coconut juice--a few bottles of apple juice, a box of
Two-Bite Brownies, and probably a few laffy taffy's, all of which
will, in all likelyhood, be eaten within the next hour and a half.)
The six things I could never do without
My family. Let's see...that's five. And air.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
A whole lot of things that add up to nothing in the end.
On a typical Friday night I am
Sitting in my room.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit here
I am an international man of mystery.
You should message me if
After holding a conversation with you, I won't wonder if you
actually passed the fourth grade.
If you answer the following question correctly, you just earned
yourself about 500 points with me:
Mary and daryl have two children--at least one is a boy. What are
the odds that their first child is a boy?
Answer: 2/3
