What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Pursuing my bachelor's degree in computer science.
Crying at how many jobs I would be overqualified for but due to not having my degree yet won't be looked at.
Watching my student loans accrue interest.
Coding for fun and practice in my spare time.
Drinking tea.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I'm a great cook! I haven't had any formal training but I've been cooking since I was around six years old. It tends to be less about following recipes and directions and more finding things that fit together and making something out of it. I eyeball everything unless I'm following someone else's recipe.

Character Reference from my former roommate, housemate and friend. He's a pain in the ass but he's still my best friend.

I’ve known Tony for quite some time. I first met him as a freshman in college, became his roommate sophomore year and then lived with him for the next three years. In that time I’ve gotten to know him quite well. The one thing that has stood out to me over the past 4 years about him is his absurd sense of humor. Tony has a sense of humor that I have yet to encounter in anyone else. He doesn’t shy away from committing to a joke, regardless of how unusual it may make him look. I’ve seen him dance and sing in a high pitch voice all for a joke; sometimes even at the same time. He is kid that was raised on Cartoon Network humor; a channel he still watches quite a bit. The second thing that has stood out to me the most about Tony is that he is nice and polite to people; even strangers. This he does despite the fact he may not be feeling 100% that day or is in a bad mood. I’ve seen him go from being introspective in his dorm room to turning on an extrovert switch and talking to everyone in a room. Like some sort of preprogrammed robot that executed its socializing subroutines. He may be a robot. But don’t bring that up to him less he shoot lasers out of his eyes… again. But the main point here is Tony is a friendly and funny kid. Whether he’s walking to class or playing a video game on his computer, he’s probably doing something weird and unexpected. Also he’s weirdly strong. He doesn’t look strong but don’t let that fool you. It’s impossible to hold this kid down. It’s like he’s some sort of robot. But I am glad I met Tony and I’m glad that I lived with him for three years. He is definitely nicer, more exciting and interesting than most people. He’s a unique person. A beautiful black butterfly.
