My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Imagine yourself, eyes glued to the screen, ears tuned to only hear the game at hand, your other senses melting away as your brain works in overdrive to give you any advantage possible. A jolt of excitement races down your spine as you see an opening. You're heart skips a beat as your fingers input the command, brain reflexively recalling the muscle memory honed through hours of practice. Your breath stills as you see your character begin their animation. Your body is hit by a surge of satisfaction akin to nothing like you've ever felt before as your character unleashes a can of whoop-ass on your opponent.

The above is just a small moment competitive games, and serves as a very large reason why I love the genre so much. Smash bros used to be my game of choice, but nowadays I've traded my gamecube controller for a keyboard and mouse and scratch my competitive itch by playing League of Legends.

When not sitting in front of a screen my favorite passtime has to be hanging out with friends at a food joint. Anytime someone launches into an anecdote I can't help but lean forward, ears perked up, eager to let my brain become enraptured with the story at hand. I'm a sucker for personal tales but my interest is always piqued whenever talk of the latest Justice League or Naruto chapter gets brought up.

On nights when I stop working too late, or I simply lack the social energy to hang out with people (everyone has to recharge every now and again) I tend to curl up, roll over to youtube, launch a playlist of old favorites, close my eyes, and just see where the music takes me.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Puzzles are a passion of mine. As a child I would spend hours trying to figure out riddles my grandfather would give me, refusing to ever give up. I was compelled by the itching in my brain, seeking the sweet sweet feeling of satisfaction when I stumble upon that AHA! moment in a flash of clarity.

As a teenager I was drawn towards programming. It's a field that seems to turn puzzle solving into an artform. Any given programming problem can be solved 10 million different ways, so there's a good amount of room to solve it and put my own distinct spin on it.

Nowadays I've gone indie and am currently working on a kickass tactical card game:
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Could be my stunning goods looks, maybe my boyish charm, my pointedly sharp wit...realistically people notice I'm the type when asked "What time is it?" will always respond with "ADVENTURE TIME!" with a cheesy grin.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Food: Japanese Curry takes the cake followed by Pizza and I'm a sucker for a good burrito.

Books: I just started the Mistborn trilogy and my friends have gotten me into comics. I'm currently catching up on Justice League and Aquaman (he's cooler than you think). In Addition i've checked out stuff like the Song of Ice and Fire series, Y the last man, and John Dies at the End.

Movies: Scott pilgrim saves the world is my top favorite, Superhero movies have a place in my heart along with Quentin Tarantino stuff and the cornetto trilogy.

Shows: Arrow, Twin Peaks, Doctor Who, Adventure Time, FLCL, Firefly, Arrested Development, Silicon Valley, Samurai Champloo, Wilfred

Tons, but most prominently: Remixed VGM is probably my favorite, with the soundtrack to Transistor being my jam. I've recently branched out into Kpop, electronic music, and rock.

Games: Final Fantasy Tactics is my favorite game of all time hands down. I'm an avid League player and Magic the Gathering will always have a special place in my heart.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
The solace offered by a quite summer evening stroll among chipping crickets.

The happy feeling that envelops me when my dog licks my face.

The groove zone. It's that spectacular place one goes to when their favorite song grips control of their body and makes them thrash about like their possessed. I hear most people refer to that as dancing.

The thrill of letting go of any and all problems and just playing a good game with friends is something I'm quite fond of.

Hype. I could not live without the unmistakable electric feeling that is hype. For those who don't understand hype check out and when whoever you bet on wins in a close match with the smallest amount of hp left possible, THATS HYPE.

And the basic essentials, food, water, shelter, chocolate, those are cool too.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
As I write this alone, in the dead of night I sense something is off. Darting my eyes about I catch movement of something long and hairy looking and is scuttles out of sight behind some furniture. I think little of it but mentally note to never enter that corner of the room again. A moment later everything goes dark but my computer monitor. A whirlwind of thoughts ricochet through my mind:

Was that insect responsible?
Has said insect come for my life leaving my last meal to be a simple dish of reheated pizza and a cookie?
Is this house merely haunted and the insect was a coincidence?
Was the insect a ploy to get me off the ghost's trail?
Are my friends and family going to find me dead in this house? Maybe I should clear my browsing history...wait, do I have more pizza?

When I start the "insects are out to get me" conspiracy theories that's generally when I call it a night and go to bed.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
No joke, if I ever ask someone what I'm thinking the answer is "tacos" 100% of the time.
