When not bothering people with whatever random train of thought that happens to be chugging through my head, generally I'm trying to improve myself by discovering a new show, movie, or book, poke around some corner of San Francisco I've never ventured to. After a bit of broadening my horizons I like to kick back with a game (likely Magic the gathering or League of Legends).
To me, one of the biggest thrills you can get is outplaying someone of similar skill level, so naturally competitive games are in something I thrive on (one of the first video games I ever played was Killer Instinct). Once I like a competitive game I'll sink tons of time trying to get better at it. I've spent literally thousands of hours playing League of Legends (my anivia ain't too shabby) and prior to that HoN and DotA. Back in high school I even traveled up and down the east coast going to smash brothers brawl tournaments.
