What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I've always worked in the wine industry and I sometimes wonder if I always will (probably, it's pretty awesome.)

I'm always after a good story and finding a place, other than youtube, to play my favorite sport (karaoke)
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Wine, beer, and whisky (without an 'e')
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Probably the gap in between my front teeth.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

I'm all about the podcasts:
This American Life
You Look Nice Today
The Moth
The Ricky Gervais Show
Hamish and Andy

I will read most things. I recently reread a few Truman Capote books; I have a great fondness for him. I'll usually visit secondhand stores and purchase whatever looks appealing. I'm rather ignorant when it comes to best-sellers, etc.

I was a film and TV major, so selecting a favorite film is problematic. I've watched Ghost World more than any other film and I still don't know if I'm embarrassed of this.

I find reality television endlessly fascinating; there are things happening in that genre that I'll ever understand. Having said that, I do watch other shows. I've been reliving my youth by watching Ally McBeal, Felicity, Dawson's Creek, and Freaks and Geeks. At the risk of sounding like a cliche, I think Twin Peaks was the best thing to happen to TV.

Music is challenging for me. Example: I've only just found out about Adele and I may have asked if she won one of those talent/idol shows. My favorite Beatle is George Harrison, he is by far the best solo one of the group. Being a Kiwi I do love Flying Nun Records (fun fact: I once shouted out to Roger Shepard when I was in my friend's car.) My recent favorites are Mountain Man, Slow Club, Summer Camp, and Diiv.

Food and wine are my loves. I could eat cheese all day, even if some of them make my mouth itch. I'll go through crazy food phases, where I'll only want to eat them same thing over and over again. When it comes to wine I don't particularly have an inclination towards any one grape or appellation. Scotch is important to me, also. The greatest distillery to grace the earth is Springbank.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Earl grey tea, excellent coffee, and toast. (I consider this one thing)
A compelling book.
Someone to tell stuff to (friends.)
English comedy.
Reusable bags because I would like to live without plastic ones.
I've recently developed an unhealthy addiction to Fleetwood Mac. Can I live without them? Possibly, but I kind of love it.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Sometimes I wont be paying any attention to my surroundings or what people are saying because I'll be trying to think of ways to make them laugh.
This didn't work out so well when I was learning to drive.
