I am honest, fun, and spontaneous.
My Self-Summary
I am Krisi, I am back into the dating pool after a 10+ year
relationship that gave me two beautiful girls. I am a full time
student at LA Tech majoring in English Education and will be
graduating Fall 2009. I love to do things with my girls, when
school isn't taking over my life. I also love to hang out with
friends when my girls are with their dad. I am not looking for a
guy to be a replacement dad, just so you know, my girls have their
dad, and just like I do not want him replacing me I would not try
to replace him. I am looking for a man who is honest, caring, and
understanding. I am just as happy sitting at home as I am going
out. I just want to see what is out there, I am done with sitting
at home alone or hanging out with my coupled friends when my girls
are away. I want . . . "someone you can be with for 65-70 years,
and at the end of that life you are sitting on the porch of that
house you bought together and you're old, wrinkly, smelly, and you
poop out of a hole on your side. And she is old, wrinkly, smelly,
and can't remember your name, she just keeps calling you 'the nice
man.' But you're still in love, holding hands, and as you gaze into
each others milky, cataract filled eyes, your hearts swell up,
explode, and you both die. That's all I want." - Christopher Titus
What I’m doing with my life
Like I said, I am currently a full time student at LA Tech and will
be graduating Fall 2009 with a bachelors in English Education. I
hope to acquire a job in the Monroe City or Ouachita Parish school
system as soon as I graduate.
I’m really good at
I am really good at singing, painting, and doing things around the
house. I was the grandson my grandfather never had so anything a
man can do I can do just as well.
The first things people usually notice about me
My red hair. I always get asked if it is natural and yes it is,
even though I have brown eyes which is not a common occurrence.
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
I love books about strife and triumph, like Toni Morrison's "The
Bluest Eye" and Ocatvia Butler's "Parable of the Sower".
I love all kinds of movies, love stories, dramas, psychological
thrillers, even a good car chase, I don't usually like gory slasher
films, but occasionally they are ok.
I like most music, I don't like hard core rap, extremely whinny
country, or screaming death metal, but everything else I can
usually find the beauty in.
As far as food goes, there isn't much I don't like or won't at
least try. I love sushi, Italian, and Greek, those would have to be
my favorites.
The six things I could never do without
I couldn't live without my daughters of course. The love of my
family and friends is also very important to my life. As far as
material things, I have to have my cell phone, especially when I am
not with my daughters, My vehicle to get from point A to point B,
my computer for school purposes mainly, and a roof over my head,
which as long as I have my family that could be a cardboard box.
And coffee, GOTTA HAVE MY COFFEE!!
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Lately all my time is spent thinking about school, graduating and
getting a job.
On a typical Friday night I am
I am usually at home with my girls, (on their dad's weekends he
doesn't come get them till Saturday morning). We either sit at home
or I take them out to dinner. On Saturday's, however, I can be
found at my friend's restaurant, Samurai, at a friend's house
watching a movie and having a drink, and occasionally at a club
with my girlfriends.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit here
I am a procrastinator, and can be slightly lazy at times. I live by
the saying why do today what you can put off till tomorrow.
You should message me if
If you are interested in hanging out, meeting a new friend, or
getting to know me better.
