My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Hi!

I guess to start off, I'm somewhat shy and quiet, very laid back, fairly optimistic, and usually pretty nice. Also pretty damn terrible at writing, hopefully whatever words I put down get across what I'm like. I am obsessed with bicycles, to the point where I fix them for a living and ride year-round, even when it's cold and icky outside.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Living in Madison, working as a bicycle mechanic, and spending lots and lots of time with my girlfriend. I have thought about going to college for something, but I think I've realized I love working on bikes enough to stay with it.

I suppose I should start getting out more, and I don't think I'm doing too terrible with that.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I'm an expert procrastinator, I'm pretty good at coming up with overly-complicated solutions to simple problems, and I must be pretty modest, since I'm having trouble coming up with stuff that I'll actually admit to being good at. Suppose I've gotten pretty good at fixing bikes too, since I do that almost 40 hours a week.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I suppose purple/blue/pink/whatever hair can be pretty noticeable.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books:
I mostly stopped reading after graduating High School. This is terrible, as I loved reading back then. I have started to read a little again, let's hope I continue to do so. I was mostly into fantasy stuff, my favorite would probably be His Dark Materials by Phillip Pullman.

Movies:
There are a ton of awesome movies that everyone except me has seen. I'd love someone to show me all the classics I've missed. Out of things I have seen, my favorites are Fight Club and Monty Python and the Holy Grail.

Shows:
I do not watch much tv, mine is only used for video games. Whenever I actually am near a TV, I usually like random sitcoms, and interesting science related stuff. I can get sucked into watching almost anything though. I've tended to like the bit of Anime I've seen in the past, I think I might start watching more in the future.

Music:
Death, Black Sabbath, Tame Impala, Atheist, Nirvana, Cynic, Metallica, Sabbat, Emperor, Moonsorrow, Artillery, Ensiferum, Anthrax, Аспид, Iron Maiden, Def Leppard, Cattle Decapitation, Angra, Sonata Arctica, REM, The B-52's, Funeral Diner, The Police, Immortal, Watchtower, Tegan and Sara, Judas Priest and more. So yeah, I'm a huge metalhead, but kinda starting to branch out into other stuff. I'm fine listening to anything that is actually good, regardless of genre. (Yes, even a tiny bit of rap and country!) And I hate Christmas music.

Food:
I used to be a picky eater, but I'll try just about anything now. I love a good chicken sandwich. And anything can be improved by adding Sriracha. Now that I'm totally living on my own, I should try cooking more. I've had fun doing it before.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Bicycles
Internet
My nice comfy bed
Music
Sex
Cuddling (Lack of cuddling just might be the worst part of being single...)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Sex, the nature of the universe, wondering what I will be like in a few years, watching myself slowly change as I get older and have new experiences, wondering why I'm so damn lazy and wondering if I can change that, or if I even want to, etc.

Other stuff that occupies my mind frequently includes what I should be doing in my immediate future, what I want to do with my bikes, what kind of music I'll make whenever I get around to learning an instrument, what I want to do for a career, and just random stuff.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
High. I also may or may not be hanging out with friends, shopping, or sitting at home surfing the web or playing whatever video game I'm into at a given moment.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I am transgender. Actually, that isn't private at all. I'm pretty open about most things, and I can't really think of much that I'm not willing to share with the world.
