I'm the type of person that doesn't have that much to say at first, but once we've had a chance to get to know each other I'm quite the talkative person. Lived near Richmond my entire life, though I started out in Chesterfield first before moving up to Glen Allen for work. Also, I have a laid back type of personality and I try not to let anything get to me that's outside of my control.
What I’m doing with my life
Right now I work full time for a local credit card company in one of their call centers. But I also do some photography and filming on the side with my friends. In fact, if you would like to see some of the work I've done here's a link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=trur_yk33kE
I’m really good at
Well I'd like to think I'm pretty good at photography. In fact, two of my pictures have been printed in a magazine called Photographers Forum. I also like to think I'm getting better at being a Director for Filming everyday.
The first things people usually notice about me
Right now its my beard, but aside from that they probably notice my lack of speech which leads them to think I'm much meaner than I am. But once they get to know me they find out how nice and talkative I am.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books: It's kind of all over the place with books. I've read the Night Angel trilogy by Brent Weeks, most of the Sherlock Holms books by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, as well as a few other fantasy series plus some biographies as well. Though lately all I've been reading is books on Screenwriting and Filming.
Movies: Again it's kind of all over the map, but some movies that I will always love are: The Back to the Future trilogy, The Dark Knight, Wolf of Wallstreet, The Avengers, as well as a few others that I just can't seem to remember right now.
Shows: Anything animated for the most part. I think I'm drawn (no pun intended) to animated stuff because of how much time and passion goes into making them. So shows like Full Metal Alchemist, Dragon Ball Z, and Avatar are a few that I like. But I also like regular shows like Breaking Bad, Master Chef, Hells Kitchen, etc.
Music: Anything goes for the most part. If you ever got a chance to see my music library, you would see things like pop and rock all the way to german techno, jpop, and french rock. If it's got a good beat, I'll listen to it.
Food: Again, most anything goes in this category. I haven't really had a chance to try anything new food related in quite some time. But I'm also teaching myself how to cook and bake so that's probably my new thing. Apparently I'm getting quite good at it according to my family and coworkers.
The six things I could never do without
1)Internet - Because you can do pretty much whatever you want on this thing
2)Phone - I don't know how I lived my life before my phone. I was probably bored majority of the time
3)Friends - Pretty self explanatory
4)Camera - I've always got a story in me that I want to tell
5)Car - To get to places I'm going in life
6)Job - Gotta make that money somehow
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Christianity: I grew up in a religious family so I think about the religion as a whole. It leads to some interesting conversations among my friends and family. Aside from that, the rest of my time is spent trying to think of what the next film I'm going to work on. I'm fortunate to work with some great people on their projects.
On a typical Friday night I am
Usually working. But when I have a Friday off I don't mind sitting on the couch catching up on my Netflix or Hulu shows.
