I'm a Santa Clara native, raised with strong values and free thinking. I lived throughout the Bay Area and enjoyed some great years as a San Francisco resident (Japantown to be exact). In 2011, a previous job brought me back to my hometown and to the exact house I grew up at. Now I'm here for good. The plan is to renovate and expand, but most important . . . continue the legacy and traditions my grandparents started when they bought the house in the mid 50's.
You can say I'm a bit of old-fashioned with a twist of modern. I can adapt well to any personality and have a history of meeting amazing people at random. Most of my energy is spent trying to find humor in things and keeping every moment fun and drama-free. I'm a sucker when it comes to great food . . . either I'm cooking it or out finding new hot spots to dine at. I have a good ear towards music and a keen eye to film . . . I promote the classics and support the underground indie scene. I love outdoors activities (hiking, camping, fishing), grew up playing competitive sports, and I try to hit the gym on the regular.
Having a creative, artistic mind keeps me full of ideas and always thinking ahead. I was a design major in college, but pursued a career in operations management in manufacturing and now logistics. Besides a strong cup of Peet's Major Dickason . . . the challenges of running a department, developing people, analyzing processes, and finding solutions drives me to go to the office everyday. I'm a huge believer in that saying: "work hard to play hard".
What it all comes down to . . . having balance is the key to everything.
