My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Voice actor in training. Good guy Sith. Unabashed geek.

Turn Ons:

Geekiness : I am a geek, and most of my interests run that way. Sci Fi, Fantasy and the like are my bread and butter, and I need someone of a similar leaning. All of my friends are Geeks, and any romantic relationship I would want to be a part of needs a foundation of friendship.

Comfortable Beauty: I find a woman most beautiful when she’s wearing the cloths she wears when hanging out with friends. Honestly, my idea of a ‘sexy outfit’ is a pair of jeans, a t-shirt/tank top (bonus points for one with a geeky reference), and flip flops. I realize that women sometimes feel the need to go all out with a fancy, uncomfortable dress, murder heals and an abundance of make-up, and that’s fine, so long as you’re doing it for you and not me, because I’d honestly rather you just be happy and comfortable.

Weight: A lot of guys I’ve known have a ‘no fat chicks’ policy. These guys always made me a little sick because they set some arbitrary weight like 130lbs, and won’t accept women who weigh more than that. I have no poundage weight mark other than I would really like a woman who weighs less than me. I am overweight, and I would much rather have someone lighter than me to give me a motivation to lose weight than someone heavier than me who might make me care less about losing weight.

The Ability to Kill Spiders: I have a pretty deep seeded arachnophobia. I don’t go screaming in terror of arachnids, I have control my fear, and if there’s a spider in my room I will murder it with great prejudice (the normal ‘male’ response to fear.) Still, a woman who doesn’t mind (or likes) killing spiders is a huge turn on for me.

Straightforwardness: There is nothing more attractive to me than a woman who knows what she wants, and isn’t afraid to tell me. If I’m with a woman, my main motivation in the relationship is going to be making her happy. A woman who does away with bullshit subtlety and tells me how to make that happen is a definite plus.

Turn Offs:

Hubris: I see too much of this in the world today. People take too much pride in who they are, and as a consequence begin to see people who are different than they are as inferior. This is more of a general turn off for people in general than potential dates.

Deceit: Don’t pretend to be something you aren’t, it doesn’t matter who or what you are there is someone out there who will love you for you if you give them and yourself a chance.

Red Nail Polish/Lipstick: I don’t really have a well reasoned explanation for this one. I know red is supposed to be the sexy color in our society, but I’ve always found it unattractive as lipstick, and even more so with nail polish. I guess I’m just a weird-o.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Working warehouse, while training for my dream job. Trying my best to have a little fun in between.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Finding the humor in a situation. This is usually a good thing, but sometimes my brain likes to find the humor in situations it knows damn well are supposed to be solemn and serious and I have to use all my self control to not let it show on my face.

Judging the individual. This isn't to say I'm super judgemental or anything, I just try not to judge groups of people based on the actions of a person who belongs to that group. Be it skin color, religion, sexual orientation or political leanings. All these groups have their decent people, and their arseholes, and writting off an entire denomination of humanity because you met (or even worse heard about second hand) one of the arseholes seems supremely stupid to me.

Keeping calm/ Keeping an open mind. I think these two things go hand in hand as most people seem to lose their shit when confronted with something that goes against their world view. I thus try to keep my concept of reality pretty fluid.

Making RPG characters. I have a talent for rolling up characters who I think strike a balance between being both overpowered and interesting. Too many people I've played with seem to only be able to choose between making souless groupings of stats, or interest characters who are utterly useless in any practical sense.
The first things people usually notice about me

The grey at my temples which started showing up at 18, or if it's after noon, my five hour early five a-clock shadow. Stupid, bullshit genes >.>

Artists I'm listening to right now: Dan Bull, The Heavy, MC Frontalot, Devil Driver, Amon Amarth, Deathklok, Cage The Elephant, Imagine Dragons, Rhapsody of Fire (or 'Saruman Metal' as I like to call it when Christopher Lee makes a cameo) Music from several anime series, Pentakill (LOL Metal!). Two Steps From Hell, Immediate Music. I like any song you can fight a horde of enemies or walk away from an explosion in slow motion to.

Final fantasy games through 10 (though I found 8's characters a little too emo for me)
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
My Imagination – Life would be way too boring.

Food, Shelter, Air, and the other essential things that don't tell you anything about me other than the fact I think survival is nifty.

Friends - I'm here looking for someone to be chief among them.

Filtered Water – I am kind of a water snob. You go so long with only filtered water and you can’t help but taste all the crap in tap water.

The Internet – Because the very minute I lose access to it I get a question in my head that will bug the hell out of me until I can look it up online.

A pencil and paper – For drawing/writing down all the random things my Imagination comes up with.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
My next rpg character.

What I would do with my winnings if I hit the lotto jackpot.

What in my current surroundings I could use as a weapon in case of zombie attack.

Going over the reasons for, and defenses for my moral beliefs.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Baring responsibilities getting in the way for myself or my friends we get together to play make believe with dice. Our current flavor of escapism is Scion, a game where we all get to run around as the bastard children of gods in the modern world. It's a lot of fun.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
1. If I find a new song I like I can (and will) listen to it on repeat for hours. If it's an instrumental or orchestrial piece this can last days. I realize not everyone shares this insanity and try to stick to headphones when I do this to avoid annoying others.

2. I am a macrophile, and have been at least since I was somewhere around three years old (probably before that, but 3's about as far back as the memory goes.) If you're curious about what this is, look it up, just don't believe the bullshit about it being something that came about with the internet. Had it before the internet was really a thing (or at least before I had access to it), I think it was just so rare that communities didn't start forming until people could connect across the world.
