I'm really good at
Listening. Reading. The best instrument ever (Bassoon). Getting up, dusting
myself off, and learning from the tumble (eventually). Pumping
myself up to engage in dubious, awesome endeavors.
The first thing(s) people usually notice about me
Wow. That's a really good question. Possibilities include energy,
affability, height, and snazziness, but I'd like to think they see
a warm smile, first.
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
(a)Dune is the
awesomest book ever. It's so good, I had to use a fake word to
explain it. (b)I'm totally movie illiterate. It's sad. The
Godfather is the "best" movie I've seen, though frequently played
titles are often comedies. (c)My music collection is pretty random.
If it twangs the big ol' banjo in my heart, it's in. Everything
from Mozart to 30 Seconds to Mars to Metallica to Evanescence
to...well, a lot. I enjoy tracks more than bands, and flow more
than lyrics. If you ever get the chance in your life, watch me try
my hand at karaoke. (d)Anything I make myself. Cooking has gone
from a way to test fire alarms to a passion over the last few
years, and I'm always on the lookout for new dishes.
