I am an avid bookworm with the majority of my collection pulled from fantasy, some sci-fi, and an assortment of lots of genres. (Clive Barker is starting to sell me on horror). I am not much of a TV person, though I gravitate towards any Law & Order episode that happens to be on. Music is a massive passion. I'm the spawn of musicians, my step-father was a musician. My mother has never done anything -but- music (and run a bead shop, but that's another story). I listen to damn near anything, but I'm especially fond of Industrial music lately, and weird stuff that I cannot rightly put a name to. Most of it has a very ethnic flair, like Gogol Bordello, Kultur Shock and assorted others. I have a <3 for filk music also, borne from a very late night at my very first sci-fi con in Michigan.

I love art, especially art that involves pretty women in pretty ropes, creepy things, or fantasy elements. Or pinstripes. I just love pinstripes in general, I think.

I'm pagan, but I've been more concerned with putting my life back in order than actively practicing my religion of late. I'm concerned about the health of the planet I live on, but I'm rather lazy about fixing things. Possibly just lazy. I am a fan of public transportation though! And frugal as all get, mostly because I'm poor.

Lesseeee, I am a city girl. I am far more comfortable walking down the streets of Tacoma at 1 am than I am at night in the middle of nowhere. I know what to do to crackheads, BEARS scare me. Things that can eat me > crackheads. I like to visit the great outdoors though.

I am loudmouthed, opinionated, curious, goofy, easily distracted, I have a horrid memory, a long fuse attached to an explosive temper (usually), I like chicks, I like boys better, I am nerdy and think I'm smarter than most people. I'm complicated.

I was told I needed to add that when I pick up a good book/am writing something that I'm focused on, I go into my own little world and it takes a minor miracle to get me to pay attention to anything else. Especially books, then I'm lost for a couple days till I finish it.

I work from home, making somewhat less money than I'd like to make but enough pay bills and have a little extra. I love my job, I have the most rockin' job I could have right now. It lets me be a house wench, cook/bake, be around my kids lots, and spend lots of time with my man and my best friend.

Raising my little girls to be strong, independent, creative young women.

Working towards going back to school so I can get -paid- to create content for games. Instead of just doing it because its fun.

Building games (text-ones). (Go look up Lithmeria.com, read the forums, and play when it opens even if you haven't played a MUD before)

Ever-expanding my nerdity. Currently includes: board games (like Munchkin and Arkham Horror and similar), text-based games (do you know what a MUD is? Yea, those), games of the visual digital sort of all varieties (except flight and sports games. If I want to fly a plane, I'll learn to fly a flippin' plane. If I want to play basketball, I'll go to the goddamned park), tabletop gaming (I'm currently fascinated with the D&D Eberron setting for 3.5. Excited for its 4.0 version), dice collection - ever growing, Asian horror (it counts), and filking. And cons. Yay con!

Discovering that I -do- like costuming! Thank you Steam-Con. Also, teaching my girls to be gamers.

Also discovering an interest in Warhammer, after hating it for years because of my ex. Mostly because my oldest daughter wanted orkz for Christmas last year, now we are building armies together. Nerd-family-time, I guess. Painting is a blast.

Descriptive writing, randomly generating character names out of my head in massive quantities, making homemade chicken enchiladas, random babble (see most of above), making weird noises, reading children's stories (especially Dr. Seuss books), getting distracted, reading while walking, finding interesting places, and sex.

The third eye growing out of my forehead. Honest. :(

A - Probably too many to list, my favorite authors are generally fantasy. Terry Goodkind, Charles DeLint, Terry Prachett, Mercedes Lackey, Terry Brooks (I seem to like authors named Terry), and similar.

B - Law & Order, House..when I watch television. Good Eats. That man is amazing. Pretty much anything on the Food Network. (Except for Sandra whatever, with Semi-Homemade. Man she is -wasteful- and obnoxious.) I love Netflix online and I watch ridiculous amounts of documentaries on it. I watch movies less than documentaries actually.

C - Everything from filk to punk, and all that falls in between. I love music, and am extremely passionate about it. I will love you for a long time if you suggest new music that I haven't heard yet (and it's worth listening to). Specifically, lately I've been obsessed with Murder by Death, KMFDM, Builders & The Butchers (I'm turning into a groupie, I've been to almost every local show for the last year 1/2 ish), Billie Holiday, and Janis Joplin.

D - Japanese and Mexican food are mah favorites. I love to cook, and spend way too much time looking for new recipes to try. The best thing I make at present is the chicken enchiladas, and soup. I've been making a lot of soup lately.

My man, my children, a pen & paper, something comfy to wear, hope, music.

Sex, music, what the -heck- I'm going to do with my hideous yard, what to make for dinner.

At home, relaxing after my kids run off to a family member's house for the weekend. I really need to get out more often.

I presently live with my best friend and my boyfriend. My best friend and I dated for several years and lived together for most of them. It should be weird but it's really not.

You aren't a moron, you can make me laugh, and you aren't looking for a piece of ass, because I'm not offering.
