That and performing in improv comedy and the occasional venture into stand up/storytelling.

Movies: I'm a big film nerd, and I'm equally happy watching some so-bad-it's-good masterpiece like The Room as I am watching the best of the Criterion Collection.

Books: It's easier for me to pick favorite authors than favorite books, so here goes (though this changes all the time): Ray Bradbury, Haruki Murakami, Patton Oswalt, Ursula K. LeGuin, David Sedaris, Edgar Rice Burroughs, Yukio Mishima, and Kim Stanley Robinson.

Music: A lot of it's terrible hipster-y stuff like Phosphorescent, Bleachers, LCD Soundsystem, Tegan and Sara, Stars, Chromatics, and Anamanaguchi. That said, I've got a soft spot for classics like David Bowie, Bruce Springsteen, Prince, and I'm always down to listen to a good movie score, some cheesy pop, or a little 90's (East Coast) hip hop.

TV: Despite working in TV, I don't end up watching that much of it, but I do try and make time for Parks and Recreation, Community, Doctor Who, Bob's Burgers, Girls, Broad City, and It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia.

Food: Basically anything and everything. I love cooking, currently venturing into some experiments with Indian food.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
I tend to leave things pretty open, so it could be anything from catching a show at UCB, heading out to some bar in the neighborhood, or just grabbing dinner with some friends.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I once crashed a funeral. It was just as awkward as it sounds.

I'm not really a fan of "The Breakfast Club".

You've got your act together, or at least like to pretend you do. Maybe you've got a favorite Karaoke song, or feel like getting lost in the Museum of Natural History some idle Sunday.

Or you think I seem like a cool dude and maybe we should hang out some time?
