I'm a writer. I'm here on this site out of insomnia and boredom. I really like Jameson Irish Whiskey. I usually drink cheap, shit beer like Pabst Blue Ribbon, Old Style, or Miller High Life. Now that I'm in Texas, I guess I can now add Lonestar to that list. I like strong coffee when I'm not horribly hungover.

I would also like to find a writing partner. As much as I love working on my own projects, I'd also like to expand what I do by working with other people.

I never want to grow up completely. I'm responsible enough to pay the bills and take care of whatever I need to...but I don't want to lose the immaturity and joy of being young. I never want to stop reading comic books, playing video games, watching stupid teen movies and tv shows, and making crude jokes.

writing, playing guitar, and I used to bartend. Now I have one of those 40 hour a week gigs. Otherwise, trying to have a good time while still doing right by people.

I'm good at writing dialogue and character development. Plenty of other things that I don't feel the need to list.

Books: To Kill a Mockingbird; Pride & Prejudice (Marvel published a comic adaptation that's pretty cool.); American Gods by Neil Gaiman; anything by Tom Robbins or Kurt Vonnegut; Heavier Than Heaven, a biography of Kurt Cobain; The Clash, Return of the Last Gang in Town (comprehensive biography); Skipping Towards Gomorrah by Dan Savage. etc. Oh, and comic books, particularly Uncanny X-Men and X-spinoff titles (Wolverine, the New Mutants, X-Force, Generation X, and like 2000 more...). Also, the Scott Pilgrim graphic novels.

Movies: The Goonies, Back to the Future trilogy, Ghost Busters, Revenge of the Nerds, Boondock Saints, X-Men, X2, Ghost World, Scott Pilgrim vs. the World, SLC Punk, Kevin Smith flicks, a bunch of those John Hughes flicks,etc. Documentaries I love. I'm not a huge movie person. Despite the fact that I'm not a pothead I do really seem to like stoner comedies.

Shows: Community, Futurama, Freaks & Geeks, My So Called Life, Clone High, Portlandia, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Firefly, SNL (70's, early 90s, Tina Fey)...other things. Since signing up for Netflix, I've been watching How I Met Your Mother, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and the X-Files.

Music: I love vinyl records. And more! the Clash, Social Distortion, Against Me!
