Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
So I'm a nerd who enjoys the standard nerdly pursuits such as
fleeing from the sun and fighting crime with my underwear on the
outside of my tights. Wait, I wasn't supposed to say that. Forget I
I tend to be fairly quiet until I get to know you/get plied with
alcohol and so usually to need the other person to start the
conversation but once it's up and running I'm all in. Oh, and I
grew up on a farm so if you need a tractor driven I'll turn up in a
flannelette shirt and give it a stab.
I've also just started doing Movember and so have the worst facial
hair on the planet for the next 30 days. Hellooooo laaaaadies!
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Apart from the daily grind working in IT I go to the gym (yet to
get that endorphin rush) and ride my bike. I also do pub trivia
once a week and the team is even occasionally known to win!
I don't get to play the video games as much as I used to but when I
have a bit of free time I like to fire up the old Fallout or
Battlefield 4 and get my ass kicked for a few rounds
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I tend to go alright at fixing things (necessary for my job) and
zoning out during meetings (not so good for my job).
I cook my own meals and haven't gotten food poisoning yet which is
a good sign although I learned the hard way that although paprika
and ground chillies look the same they have very
different levels of spicyness.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
They don't. You can always tell a Milford man.

Having not had time to listen to the radio the last couple of years
I'd either make the very best or very worst hipster; I haven't
I tend to listen to 70's and 80's punk and new wave (The Clash, The
Ramones etc) with a smattering of older rap and pop thrown in for
good measure. Just typing that out I feel like I should be a 40
year old accountant.
The latest book I finished was Ubik by Phillip K Dick But I do have
quite the range of sci-fi/fanasy books as well as Terry Pratchett
who seems to need his own category. My bookcase is over flowing but
I haven't been motivated to get a another one. Any ladies out there
who work at Ikea or are carpenters?
As for TV shows I'm rather partial to comedies and a well written
cartoon. I can't miss new episodes of Doctor Who and Always Sunny
when they come out. And of course Game of Thrones; is there anybody
who isn't these days? Also: Star Trek is the bomb but I won't hold
it against you if you disagree.
I lied. I totally would.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
3) Generic 3rd think that makes me look deep
5) Sleep again
6) I can't think of number six
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Watching a movie at home with a blanket on my knees nanna style or
at the pub with a few friends. You know, the same as everybody else
puts in this section.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I am of the opinion Pineapple should not be on pizzas. Or burgers.
Or exist at all.
I also refuse to put smiley faces in text messages and I'm not sure
